I have a sinking feeling that mine is still sitting in Flushing. It left Antwerp on 11/05 but I can't imagine ford logistics are sharp enough to move it to Flushing and then onto Dagenham again in a day! Obviously the F12 status updates about 3 days late, so will see what the next few days bring.

Oh dear. Looks as if my anticipation over the weekend was unjustified. My source appears to got it wrong. I had compound in 7/5 ANTWERP. Next movement on my Ford account via F12 was compound in 11/5 and then compound in 12/5. My source told me that my car was on TOSSA on 11/5 and arrived in Dagenham on 12/5 which corresponds with the dates via F12. I have just had a printed update of vista which gives my car compound in 12/5 Flushing. Looks like I have a bit longer to wait.

This is what I feared. I think both our cars and the others with the same F12 dates left Antwerp on 11/05 and got to Flushing a few hours later, but they were probably logged as "compound in" the next day on 12/05

I can see using tappsDateTime that my car hasn't been accessed since 12/05. I'd hoped that as @jongodfrey had said that it is inaccessible as it's in a big metal box on th way to Dagenham. But it seems more likely that our cars are still sitting in Flushing.

Some cars have definitely arrived though as @IronAddict has shown.

The F12 status usually updates around lunchtime so hopefully we will see a change today or tomorrow afternoon. The tappsDateTime should update quicker so will keep an eye on that too.

Sorry if you're doing all this together but here are my process stages for Chrome on a Mac:

1. go to https://www.ford.co.uk/
2. Log in - you should now be on https://www.ford.co.uk/dashboard#/
3. Go in to View, Developer Tools.
4. Refresh the page - F3 or F5 is it on a PC. You should see a screen similar to the attached.
   
   
5. Click on the order.status?vin....
6. You should now see something like this under Response. You might need to refresh again.
   
   
7. Triple Click on the result which selects the whole string. Then Copy and paste to Notepad
8. Each field ends with a Comma, so I find the comma and then add a carriage return to put it on a new line.
9. You can get this info from other pages too such as Manage Orders
   
   If you are doing that the issue must be at Ford. Sorry all these messages crossed

I perhaps a little prematurely removed my VIN from the Ford Pass App. I assumed as my order has been cancelled they had started to block it as I was getting no data updates after Flushing.

Then I read there was a bug in the new version of the Ford Pass App ... silly me, I though Ford IT was being efficient.

The plot thickens and the workings of Ford, their agents and the whole process of getting my car to me are a complete mystery.
Just had an email from a second source who has said that they can see that my car has cleared customs in Flushing and is now awaiting shipping to Dagenham. I was under the impression
1. that it had "cleared" customs in Antwerp.
2. It was already in Dagenham
If there has been a hurdle to be found it would appear that my car has had to jump over it. I am going to go into hibernation from today. I have had too much conflicting information from so called trusted sources who all seem to be reading from a different script. No more waiting for vista updates, I'll wake up when my dealer finally calls to say he has it in his possession.

Hi all,

As the date for deliveries to start is (hopefully ?) almost on us, I'm debating holding up my delivery for a couple of days to have the car "Diamondbrite Protected".

I had this done on my last car (Outlander PHEV) and it was great plus, having read some of the U.S. threads about paint protection, it seems like a must to me.

My dealer has advised it's £399 and covers the exterior and interior.

Anyone else considering this ?

Latest Vista update from my dealer is still a mid-June delivery for my Dec build, Jan order that was on the Grande Halifax that arrived late April.

I also had compound in 12/5 @ 15:33. I thought this was it arriving in Dagenham. However, today's vista print said it was New Flush so I would get your dealer to give you a vista location update before you start celebrating.

Yep, the gobstatus update on 14/05 was just a global refresh type thing where everyone's status was updated.

If the vmacstatus date changes again dlfrom 12/05 then that will be more promising. The ETA has moved a week forward to W/E 5th June anyway, so I'd expect the cars to arrive in Dagenham by this weekend or early next week.

Just had a call from the dealer and he’s expecting it to arrive late July/early august. Apparently it’s ready and waiting to be shipped over to the U.K. Been assigned a cancelled order so that’s a result considering it was only ordered on Friday.

I really don´t know if we can trust this location.
On Saturday mine said it is in Munich. A quick Google Search brought up that the location of the car was in front of a funeral home ?
I hope this ain´t a bad omen...

But since yesterday my "remote setup" is gone when i log into my account. Anybody else noticed that?
