I assume that remote setup page requires the same email/password as the ford account page?

If so, it has never worked for me as it says invalid user name password combination!

Hi Steve, yes for me the same email and password combo works

You can stil access it by going straight to remotesetup.ford.com and logging in there.

Unfortunately it appears my tappsDateTime hasn't changed since 12/05 when it arrived in Flushing. So unlikely I'm on the ship of dreams to Dagenham this morning!

Thanks everyone! Something was definitely going on as I've been able to get into the link now and seen some progress. Gone from "Normal" to "Transport" mode (details copied below), with the vehicle last accessed yesterday morning. Does that correlate with people who've seen their vehicle put on the transport to Flushing? Last week Hannah said my car was in stage two of the checks, so have been hoping it would be be ready to leave Antwerp soon. I've not seen an F12 update on the order status page yet - still shows Compound In on 27th April, but I know that is laggy, so will keep an eye out. My car was on the Grande Florida, for anyone interested (@Iwantonenow and others).

I've finally managed to get into my remote profile and access my data.

This is what it returned:

Really shouldn't tempt fate as I have been here before and been let down with incorrect information but fingers crossed my car arrived in Dagenham at 0526 this morning aboard the WILHELMINE. I'm just waiting for a phone call or message to say 'ooopppsss sorry got it wrong again'. I'm afraid that after being the optimist throughout this whole process as we are nearing the end the pessimist in me is appearing. Not a good thing.

Well, the charge master ones haven’t changed much. BP put one in for me last year (free with a Renault Zoe) and it looks identical except for the logo.

Actually yes, looking at @davkd previous posts we have had compound in in May so it does seem that the tappsDateTime is not as reliable as we thought.

There may be hope our cars have moved out of Flushing since 12/05 and tappsDateTime hasn't changed!

Yes, just checked and get the same as you. Only difference is items 3 & 4 read 2021-05-17.
As you say the order page still reporting At Port and Compound In

That's exactly what I was thinking Steve. I have repeatedly tried to request activation of my Ford Pass on a weekly basis. My car has, supposedly, gone through all checks, had all the updates and is in Flushing (or even Dagenham).

This does not bode well. I'm worried that there is a problem with my software or something? It would appear there is definitely something wrong somewhere?
