Have you got your car? Great news if you have. Don't know where Tony's was but mine was on the drivers side sun visor clip.
Yes. Thank you. I check both sun visors, glove box but nothing.
just call my dealer and guess what- still there ?

I think I had a some progress yesterday - I already knew my car was 'Compound In' (21 May) with a location of Antwerp, which is the final stage of the process there and means the car is ready for onward transport. I also got the automated email on Tuesday from Ford saying the car was in the European Port.

My F12 "tappsDatetime" showed movement at 5:40am, which coincided with the arrival of the Forenso car transport that has been taking vehicles to Flushing. The tappsDatetime then updated again in the evening at 8:25pm, which was only a few hours after the Forenso arrived at Flushing - so I have a feeling that was my car driving on and off the car transport, so should now be waiting for a ship to Dagenham. Anyone else seen similar movement?
Where do you find the "tappsDatetime" on F12? I'm just curious to see mine, although the Compound In is STILL 28/4/21!

Hi Lauren, any updates from your end today? All I had from Hannah was " Once the bottleneck of cars start to clear, we should see quicker movement as we have seen with the first batch of customers. " but no clues as to when they will sort the bottleneck - how long is a piece of string?!?!

Absolutely nothing. I am really very angry.

Brilliant, so I have a "tappsDateTime":"2021-05-25T15:38:16.369Z" and I also have "updateDate":"2021-05-27T18:05:59.198","packageCode":"RMVS_PK00201","model":"CX727"

So can I interpret that things have at least been happening with my car this week?
Yep! The tappsDatetime is when someone got into your car and drove it around, so yours was on the move somewhere on Tuesday afternoon! The updateDate is just the time when you refresh the page, so should usually have the current time (offset by an hour). The package Code is the updated software you got in the QI process.

This thread hasn't had any images for a while so here's one from me.

I picked up my car this morning. Too busy driving it to post here earlier. No issues that I can find so far. Fit and finish is fine. No buzzing from screen in front of driver. Brakes don't grab like the test car did. I'm very happy with it. Good luck to everyone else. Your cars can't be far away now and I'm sure you'll love them.

Well that's making me feel a little bit better then, at least it isn't sitting forgotten in some corner!!!! It would have been better though if the someone driving it around was driving it to my dealer!!! ?

TappsDatetime also changes when you try to activate your car on the ford webpage or fordapp. So if you tried that around that time (it shows UTC time i believe) it's for that reason an not because someone drove it.

Vehicledatetime also seems to be an important stamp as it only changes if there is actually done something on the car. This stamp doesn't change anymore after delivery to the customer.

I can't remember exactly when but I DID try to activate my car on the FordPass app a couple of days ago but I also have
"vehicleDateTime":"2021-05-25T14:44:50Z"
so that was just over an hour before my tappsDatetime so hopefully that is a genuine time!

So if the vehicleDateTime and the tappsDateTime are two hours apart accurate to the minute after you've tried to activate then the car is still in Antwerp or Flushing, if they are ONE hour apart then the car is in Dagenham. At least that's what happened with mine.

Unfortunately it's a bit hit and miss in that when I try to activate, sometimes vehicleDateTime and tappsDateTime both update, sometimes only tappsDateTime updates, sometimes neither does. When they do it's usually within a minute of trying to activate in fordpass.

If you're haven't tried to activate then someone has been in your car.

Also worth noting that for some on here they did not show any changes even when the cars got to the dealers. As in they had no updates since 12/05 when the cars arrived in Flushing.

Vehicle date time 14:44 Tappsdate 15:38 so who knows, thanks for explaining it though, I’m clutching at straws at the mo!
