Interestingly @Iwantonenow Lauren was told by Nicola Webster (Ford Exec Office) that the eCall fix is already being applied to the cars in Antwerp. On the Norwegian thread there is a post where the car (which is in Antwerp) has had an ETIS update today, which means Aktrion are carrying on with QPDI. Now it is extremely unlikely that Ford would get Aktrion to continue with the PDI and then get the car back a second time for the eCall fix. So I am really hoping that what Nicola said is true and the eCall fix is ready. Obviously it would be deployed to Aktrion first who are already set up to work with MMEs.

Again I am just guessing but the fix will now need to be "packaged" to be OTA or Dealer deliverable. But I cant imagine it being too far away.

Knowing Ford, I predict the dealer fix will be release tomorrow Friday just before 5pm, getting us all excited, but then service departments close over the weekend and nothing actually happens with our cars until next week!

Some in our german forum have also new data in etis on their devices.

Hey Tone, I am after the same floor mat and boot set as you. I emailed the dealer with the codes:

MUSTANG MACH-E RUBBER FLOOR MATS FRONT AND REAR, BLACK 09/2020 –

and he said the rubber floor mats were "not found" and the boot mat was "referred - back order" rather than the usual "back order" if it wasn't in stock. He has raised a query with Dagenham.

Would you be kind enough to check your part numbers in case they have been updated?

I hadn’t noticed - but I ordered these in February - yet the order creation date was the day I went into the dealership to chase them up :) So they did well to arrive in less than a week LOL #theyfuckedup

Same thing for me with the oemCorrelationId going to "0", and I'm at the same stage as you. My tappsDateTime updated again at 5:16am this morning, but weirdly the vehicleDateTime went back to a time on 2nd June!!

MyF12 data on the dashboard page has updated to "DEALER DELIVERY".

Likewise for me - CorrelationId = 0 and tappsDateTime now 12:33 today!

The latter I think is due to the dealer transporting my car today from one of their branches (where Ford incorrectly delivered it last week ??) to the correct branch as per the actual order ?

I'm waiting for the PDI, paint protection ............ and the eCall fix, and then it's all mine ????

Hi Peter,

There are two sources for data using F12 to see it:

- https://www.ford.co.uk/dashboard#/
- https://remotesetup.ford.com/

For both you need to log-in and hit F12. The first link gives you access to the progress of your vehicle (eg Compound In and Out dates / Transit status). You find those under the order-status line. Full details here: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/uk-customers.588/page-363#post-150210

For the movement information, you use the remote setup page, and after accessing the F12 data, click on your VIN number (the third time it's listed) to access that data.

Shout if any difficulties. Searching this thread you see discussions about accessing these pages (it's not straightforward for everyone).

My tappsDateTime has just updated, so I presume it is currently being driven off of Grande New Jersey.

Mine is on the same vassal but still showing "At port" "Compound out"
Mine is still showing that in the order page - you need to go into the remote vehicle setup website (same login as your main Ford site) and access F12 from there - look at the 2nd entry for your VIN and you should see the current access info.... https://remotesetup.ford.com/#/

Something is happening, no idea what. It went from TRANSPORT to NORMAL and back to TRANSPORT aswell.
Which part of F12 do you get this information from? Can't see it in my order status line.

My F12 has never worked on Order page, just get 404.

So I finally got an update from Hannah, surprise surprise slipped back another week - well, 6 days to 9th July, they seem to have stopped using week ending dates now!
My car is STILL in checks in Antwerp, apparently " Yes I understand how frustrating this is, however the checks in Antwerp do take an estimate of 5-10 weeks to complete. The 7 weeks you have been waiting is within the estimated time frame. The fix has halted the line for the quality control fixes. Once the fix is applied, the line will continue. "
On the verge of cancelling again, this is doing my stress levels and blood pressure no good whatsoever - even Hannah sounds fed up now!
If the grant was still available I would have cancelled a few weeks ago and wait until more were in the country. Having the grant on this order is the only thing keeping me hanging on for now...

@Smuddell @Iwantonenow after about a week of no change, my tappsDateTime updated this morning. However, vehicleDateTime remains unchanged. Probably means feck all anyway as we are held in ecall limbo land. I've asked Hannah for another update in any case and wait for the next BS response from her. (do you get the 'end of tether' vibe I've got going on?) :rolleyes:

Hannah just confirmed my car is in Flushing with Dealer ETA of 5th July (bear in mind I'm going that extra stretch to Norn Iron).
She also noted eCall fix would be undertaken at dealer.

Sweet Jeebus, I can't believe that I am not getting a report of further delays. Dareth I be excited or optimistic?....:eek:

Hi all,

Does anyone here have a Ford Connected Wallbox charger?


I had mine installed a couple of weeks ago and after a bit of faffing around managed to get it connected to my FordPass app, and all seemed OK ?

Over the last couple of days though, the FordPass app is continuously saying the Ford Wallbox is not "connected to the server" (i.e. I assume through to Ford) although the Ford Wallbox itself has a "Ready" status ?

I re-booted etc as usual, but no change - so have logged a call with the MME Team.

But thought I would check here, in case anyone else had a similar problem ........ not that there are many with actual cars at this stage, including me (hopefully might be next week)!

I have to say the FordPass app seems really poor, so I presume it may just be a problem with the app - hopefully the charger might still be working after two weeks of doing nothing ?

Good news for you! Sadly for me she's confirmed I'm still stuck in Antwerp despite all the tapps changes!
