That would, I imagine, be an insurance job and not as a recall under warranty. I just hope that it was not from an old batch which had the issues with the inscreen heating elements. Hope he's checked them.I shared a lift with a colleague who also has a Mach E and he had a screen replacement last week. He had a crack and contacted a national windscreen replacement company in Norwich (can't recall who) and they said they had one in stock and did it in an hour that day.......
