0121 isnt the Shipment number, that's an 4-digit Ford number that you retrieved from FordTracker.

GH0121 is the voyage number, GH being Grande Houston

Well this is a big pile of dodo. Not what I wanted to hear at all. This from my contact at Grimaldi.

We still have no record of this vin in our system. This means there is no booking at all for this unit to/from any port that our vessels call into.

All I can do now is wait for the next one, due in 28th. That will give me the same delivery date from Antwerp so I won't have lost anything time wise

Although looks like nobody on here in France, Norway or UK have had confirmation of being on GH yet from what I have seen. So could still be hope ?

wishful thinking but could the cars be loaded at Altamira? its only 90 min further from the plant compared to Veracruz 4.5 hours vs 6 hours?

Or it could be that they need some time to process the thousands of VINs they have loaded and be available on the RORO tracking

Also, typing in almost any four digits after GH in the Grimaldi tracking converts it to a Shipment number, we need confirmed Shipment/Voyage info ideally. Can your contact at Grimaldi confirm the shipment number for us @portlandg ?

So Rebecca just said the uk cars are at the port waiting and are going on this ship? I find it hard to believe that a car built in what appears to be the first build of uk cars has been excluded.

The slow processing of vins sounds plausible.

Yeah. I think we all need to take a deep breath and not expect everything to be visible instantaneously. Various systems need to talk to each other and we all know how difficult it appears for even departments within Ford to update each other! ??

This was their response to that question

Once the vehicle is booked in our system it will assigned a shipment number. This is what can be used to track the shipment online.

Just checked mine, on the official page it still says "in production" on the unofficial tracker which gives us loads of info it no longer finds my Vin!

Is that the same as what everyone else is experiencing now?
