I wouldnāt get too concerned about the tracker.So I got the 10-14 week email like everyone else, but I also have a change on the My Ford "Manage Your Order" part which now says that my Mach-E is no longer "In Production" and instead is now "On It's Way" - though the My Ford site still shows my car's estimated availability as 20-23 weeks.
The Tracker (when it worked) showed my car as being "In Transit" for the past month or so, and I'm not sure of the difference between "in production" and "in transit".
I remember reading that the tracker had been disabled everywhere except for the US.
I think Fordās have now sorted any issues out and switched it back on. Hence why we have all received the email at the same time.
According to my dealer my car is in Antwerp yet I only received the āon itās wayā Email the other day.
Iām more concerned about the PICG and what is happening.
Itās like an emotional roller coaster at the moment.
