And likewise. Maybe Ford will wake up now and realise there is a viable non-Tesla alternative. The 800V high-speed charging is a game changer provided the charging infrastructure ups its game. I love the idea of the MME, but the way Ford have dealt with this so far makes me wonder if things would be equally bad during the ownership cycle.

On a different note received a telephone call yesterday asking me to rate my dealership handling of my order. After I stopped laughing I asked the lovely lady if she really wanted to know? Needless to say, they did not rate very well.

Yeah "ownership cycle" is sums up what I have been mentioning.

I believe if you put on an American accent you will get fussed over! Over here we're just a cash cow.

Spoke to my dealer today. He definitely did not register my car with the government when I confirmed the order and got the finance approved. He didn’t seem at all bothered by the fact that he’d dropped this particular ball in my view. It caused me to send another email to Hannah moaning about poor dealer support for these sales. She said she would escalate it alongside the other issues. I just hope someone in a position of power is listening!

They might be listening but I very much doubt whether they will take any action

In my latest reply from Hannah yesterday she said she's been pushing quite a number of people further up to give us a firm answer before Easter, so they have 2 more days.....

How long ago was your ship in Altamira? My ship (Grande Florida) is there at the moment so just trying to get an idea how long it will take to get to where yours is now!

I've complained about Ford to my dealer at least 3 times over the last 3months and he has passed it up the chain of command.

Not little complaints but long detailed feedback about their online experience and how there are other customers who are urgently seeking clarification.

This appears to be an organisation in turmoil.
