For the Grande Florida crew @Iwantonenow @bazzac @Smuddell I've seen some further movement via the F12 data, with is my 'Compound In' status updating on 21st May (it had been stuck on 27th April since arriving in Antwerp). Details copied below...

Of course, without clear location data, this is only so useful, but coupled with the F12 data from the remote set up page showing my car going into 'Transit' mode earlier this week, I think there's at least a chance it as gone compound in either in Flushing or (fingers crossed) Dagenham. The 'reversegeocode' data line you get using the remote set up page also shows a tantalising distance from my home address of 7.7 miles (which would place it in Dagenham) but that's been unreliable for many, so I won't pin all my hopes on that!

I'll chase my non-responsive dealer again on Monday to see what Vista says now something's clearly happened. Maybe an exciting week to come...

Hmmm... Just checked my order page and it's now only coming back with an "Internal Server Error". Never did that before.

Remote setup still reading: "TRANSPORT" with TappsDateTime of 17th May.
I do also notice here "updateDate" as 08:27 this morning. I've only just logged on so it wasn't triggered due to me.

The guessing continues ?


Edit: order page now saying "COMPOUND IN" as 20th May (updated from 17th of May).

Ah that's brilliant thanks, is odd as when I tracked it a couple of days ago it was still showing Antwerp then this morning it changed.

Thought it was a bit odd, thanks for checking though

Hasn't the whole experience been shambolic? I got an email from my dealer this morning (from a new person I've never dealt with before) saying they have received my car and I can collect it Tuesday.
But I haven't even paid for it yet and (after I finally got them to honour the £3000 reduction and reminded them about the £1000 deposit they'd forgotten about too I now have an invoice. But as it is the weekend even if I do internet banking they won't get the money till monday. And they want an (original not photocopy) insurance cover note too which I can't get till my Broker opens on monday and I then need to find time to collect it 12 miles away north and deliver it 12 miles away south to my dealer.

All this could have been accomplished in good time if I had been given better notice of when the car was coming. It was only yesterday that I received an email saying the car was due at my dealer in the next 2 to 4 weeks. As it is I think I will arrange to collect my car on Thursday to give time for the paperwork to be sorted and for the dealer to have plenty of time to get the car properly prepared.

I find it totally disgusting that some of you are still having issues with your dealers when you are so close to getting delivery. The fact we ALL ordered online shouldn't make any difference. They still take delivery to PDI the car. The finance is still arranged by them. They still do the handover. They still do the dealer fit options. The ONLY difference this time for me is that I didn't sit down with my dealer and go through a list of options that I could add. This time there wasn't any apart from colour choice. The biggest bug bares for the dealers are 1, they have to pay for it when it leaves Dagenham instead of 30 days after handover, 2, they aren't making much on selling it 3, the demo car they get they have to lease from Ford so can't sell it if a customer wants it. The most annoying thing is that they have had over a year to learn. Reading between the lines of some posts on here and on Facebook I get the impression that some people haven't been proactive with their dealers. I didn't have any contact with mine until June last year (after preordering in Feb) but once he did make contact I made sure I kept him informed of what I found out from various sources. Most of which was new to him, some he already knew. My only regret was I didn't insist he registered my car with OLEV when I confirmed my order to get the grant. As it turned out I got the right result in the end.

And another thing, as this is Ford's first ground up all electric vehicle there are a lot of dealers who just can't get their heads round it.

Does anyone know how to find the next ship from Veracruz to Antwerp? My car has been sat there for a month now and I am not convinced that it made the last ship that left early this week. My F12 was updated this morning and was still showing at port :(

Bad news - the Public charging cable is missing so they have ordered a new one but don't know how long it will take. :mad:
Also the dealer Hendy are still in discussion with Ford as to how they reclaim the £3000 grant from Ford:rolleyes:
So can't give me a date when I can pick up my care:eek:

Yeah its hard to know. Ill email Hannah again on Monday. Pretty sure the f12 is always a few days behind and sometimes completely wrong/out of date. Ill keep my fingers crossed ?

Contact hannah, surely that is something she should be able to sort out quickly for you. Your car is here and still the dealers don't know what tondo, such a joke.

What is all the checking and QC in Antwerp for if such a vital part is missing? I'd be furious if it were me and deffo tell Hannah!
