Why are you, and many others, comparing your efficiency to that of others. There are A LOT of different factors that will affect range like driving style, terrain, weather, equipment usage etc, etc, etc, etc. You might live in a variable height area where someone who is getting "better" range might live in a flatter area. You might live in a more open area affected by windier weather whereas someone else might live in a more built up area. There are potentially hundreds of similar scenarios that will cause a difference. You cannot compare to other people. If you are that worried experiment with different setups/driving styles and settle on the one that you are happy with. Me, personally, I don't give a damn what others are getting. As long as I am happy. I'm not driving mine any different to the way I have driven all my ICE cars, apart from OPD of course. I signed up for this car KNOWING that with my driving style I wouldn't get the claimed 379 range. If I was to get 320 to 350 I would be happy. At the moment I am at the upper end of that scale, so jobs a good one. I have NEVER believed the published mpg estimates of any of my previous cars so why would I think they would be any better for BEV's
I'm sorry if I wish to compare the efficiency I will as it is in my humble opinion interesting; and this is after all a forum to discuss.

Another AWD SR user here, I get between 200 and 230. On average I get about 210. and that's with AC and 1PD

I NEVER go anywhere near these handwash places. At £5-10 somethings's got to give. Truckwash acid, sponges with grit in after dropping on the floor, swirl marks, scratches, holograms (especially on dark colours) You've spent ££££££'s on what is an expensive car. Do not cheap out at these places. Find a good detailer who will detail your car and give you advice on upkeep.

Handwash places are ok for people who either don't care about their cars or drive bangers.

DIY. Do the wife's car after. Get's me out the gardening on a Sunday. Go the whole hog. Wash, dry and polish. 2 cars, 4 hours, finished off with bacon and egg sarnies. Perfect.

I go to hand car wash because I don't have time to wash the car. Its not a classic Ferrari.

My old Range Rover used to get washed regularly, every April when it went in for a service!
Not sure about the Mustang. I might be brave and let my son loose with the power hose. Never will it see a hand wash centre, I've seen what they did to a neighbours Hyundai.

I saw my first MME on the way home today on the A331 in Grabber blue. Looked awesome sitting next to me in traffic. Seriously getting impatient now. Ordered on March and it's currently waiting for it's cruise to Antwerp.

You could have washed it yourself in the time it takes to travel to a hand car wash and wait around for them to do it (badly)?

I thought that the seat tipped . Watching the how to video it says if you have 3 knobs it should tip the front up and down. Does anyone have this function?

My AWD ER does not have this function unless it's going to be introduced in 2022? ( I don't know just guessing as a nice to have) At the moment I do have 3 knobs for up/down, forwards/backwards and lumbar adjustment.

Did anyone else get an OTA 1.60 this morning? Randomly I got it when I was away from the house out of wifi range.
Mine has now updated to 1.60. Does seem to be quite random how we receive these OTA's.
On another note, and after 3200 miles I finally see another MME. Absolute black. Same as me. Looked in the rear mirror and there it was, only for about 30secs, as had to turn off. At least I'm not alone in this part of Essex, unless he was only passing through.

Morning everyone! First post.
Just ordered my Mach E AWD SR yesterday; expected due date is March 2022.

Current car I'm trading in for the MME is a boggo standard Kia Optima (Diesel Auto Saloon), but the car I had before that was a Mustang GT (I was pre-order 226 for the entire country, so very early to the game when I ordered him in 2015).

The new Mach E will be in shadow black just like my old 'stang, who I named Micky! Maybe I could christen the new one "Mick-E" ?

So given both cars are built in the states, does the Mach E have the same journey over to the UK as the regular V8? Built in batches, shipped to the Netherlands Belgium (got the country wrong) for final QA and rust-proofing/underseal before heading in to Southampton? It's probably already been mentioned in this thread but it's a bit of an ask to go through 795 pages.

Ta very much!

You obviously haven't done much research into the MME or read many (any) posts on here.
First of all, the car is made in Mexico NOT the US. They are shipped from Veracruz to Antwerp (Belguim), where they hang about for a couple of months, then they go to Flushing, where they seem to hang about for another couple of months. They then get shipped to Dagenham, where they hang about for.... well you get the picture then get delivered to your dealer. Hope you are a patient person.

Yes shipped to Antwerp from Veracruz. Takes about 1.5 months as the ship stops at almost every port on the way.
