I thought that the seat tipped . Watching the how to video it says if you have 3 knobs it should tip the front up and down. Does anyone have this function?

The how to videos are generic to the car in various countries regardless of specs. I think some customers in the US get 8 way power seats which then get the front tilt function. If you look at the owners manual it also has a link to a video of the 4 way adjustable headrestraints. None of the UK models have this either. We just get up/down.

You obviously haven't done much research into the MME or read many (any) posts on here.
First of all, the car is made in Mexico NOT the US. They are shipped from Veracruz to Antwerp (Belguim), where they hang about for a couple of months, then they go to Flushing, where they seem to hang about for another couple of months. They then get shipped to Dagenham, where they hang about for.... well you get the picture then get delivered to your dealer. Hope you are a patient person.

Other than that, yeah it's pretty much the same journey as my V8 took; IE it'll sit like a lump for months on end before moving anywhere if a few posts I've clocked on here are anything to go by.

Quick search shows we're still doing the whole ETIS and Digital Window Sticker thing like with the standard petrol coupé; no mention of a physical sticker though on initial glance. We still getting those?

Whereabouts is Securialert on FordPass? I have had OTA 1.4 and updated FordPass to 3.29 but can't see it anywhere!

Yes I've had that, I do a regular route every Sunday afternoon and she suddenly announced that there was a five minute delay ahead on such and such road! I confused her last week because I went a different way!!! ?

My Securialert suddenly randomly appeared last week so I now have it scheduled and it seems to work okay! I received the 1.6.0 OTA earlier this week.

I was driving to the shop to grab 4 cans of Stella tonight and my car announced 6 minute delay due to traffic.

Considering I’ve never used the satnav once since I’ve had the car it was rather perturbing.

I’ve got the stupid “learn your routine” option turned off.
Edit: I should add I had no route planned. Never have

I had an update yesterday that mentioned it had fixed bugs. There was no version mentioned.

Likewise- and now my welcome and puddle lights have stopped working using both keys!

Anyone else found this? I'll spend some time later working on it...

My puddle and welcome lights still work. It's a computer on wheels with all the advantages and disadvantages that entails. Please let us know how you fixed your issue.

Without giving away my age ? wasn't the old petrol advert "You can be sure of Shell" ?

In terms of Shell Recharge you absolutely cannot be sure of Shell .... at least in East Sussex and most of the South-East of England.

I wanted to try my nearest fast charger yesterday, near Uckfield, a 150kwh charger and arrived to find it completely dead (it didn't show as "out of order" on their app) and contacted their helpline to log the issue.

I phoned them this morning and they admitted it was still not working and had been like that for over a week.

I had a quick look on Zap Map and Shell Recharge have about 8 fast chargers (100+kwh) in the South-East:

• Hop Oast, Horsham, West Sussex - Out of Service
• Brighton/Hove - Out of Service
• Maresfield, near Uckfield, East Sussex - Out of Service
• Bluebell Hill, Rochester, Kent - Out of Service
• Twickenham - Out of Service
• Ashtead, Surrey - Out of Service
• Epsom, Surrey - Out of Service
• Sutton, Surrey - Out of Service

The out of service all have different dates, so not a single total network failure ..... just a total failure ?

Logged it all with a very helpful lady on the Allego helpline ?

Never, they use the same old dirty water, always wash it at home using the 2 bucket method

Morning everyone! First post.
Just ordered my Mach E AWD SR yesterday; expected due date is March 2022.

Current car I'm trading in for the MME is a boggo standard Kia Optima (Diesel Auto Saloon), but the car I had before that was a Mustang GT (I was pre-order 226 for the entire country, so very early to the game when I ordered him in 2015).

The new Mach E will be in shadow black just like my old 'stang, who I named Micky! Maybe I could christen the new one "Mick-E" ?

So given both cars are built in the states, does the Mach E have the same journey over to the UK as the regular V8? Built in batches, shipped to the Netherlands Belgium (got the country wrong) for final QA and rust-proofing/underseal before heading in to Southampton? It's probably already been mentioned in this thread but it's a bit of an ask to go through 795 pages.
