wow, this is the reply i got just now from my Evans Halshaw dealer:
'When ford issue a recall or field service action (fsa) they update their central database with all affected vehicles, having checked their database your vehicle has no recalls or fsa's outstanding.'
this is turning into a shit sandwich. i have escalated to Ford Mach E team. i will keep you folks briefed.
edit: i spoke to the Mach E team and they too say that as per their records, there is no recall outstanding on my car.
my Evans Halshaw did carry out 22S41 activity as per my job sheet but they have recorded it as Main HV Contactor Welding. they have not said anything about any software update.
the Mach E team say EH have worded it wrongly.
