So after my email to Rebecca on the concierge team regarding mine and @Wonky_Donkey's window sticker and the incorrect info I have just received the following reply


So I set my detectives on the case and I can now confirm the window sticker only applies to US vehicles but are being used by the plant on all vehicles for their internal purposes.



The European team are now in the process of trying to stop people downloading the sticker to stop any further confusion from EU customers.



The good news for you is that the spec does not relate to your order and folding mirror and electronic power seats are on both front seats.



Should anyone else on the forum ask. These stickers are not EU correct, purely for internal plant purpose.

Hi all, new here placed an order couple of weeks ago for a Black SR AWD(2nd order changed my mind from earlier order), signed the order form electronically a few days go, says delivery will be in 14-16 weeks. Does anyone know when there will be one to view at think Ford in Guildford? Or nearby.

Originally ordered ER AWD in Carbonised Grey, current car only does 220 to the tank anyway and liked the idea of being under the 50k mark for the governments 3k grant, also think the black looks pretty stealthy, even if I will be washing it every 5 mins ?

not sure if I trust the accuracy of the delivery date....

Forgot to say, my dealership will do a Diamond coating for £399 or thereabouts. I’ll probably take them up on that... It should cut the washing down to once every 10 min, at least!

I will probably get a new car protection done at All that Gleams in Chilworth, they have done my m40i which was black and even brand new from the dealers was covered in swirl marks, and my current car X3M which comes out looking better than new, think they use Gtechniq and costs about 300 should save a bit of time with the washing.

Finally completed the finance with the dealership. They called me this morning. Estimated delivery is 3rd April but he said they'll have a more definitve date after the Xmas break.

Yep - my finance application was sorted on Monday 14th via a call to dealership.

(apparently the finance system didn’t come online for Mach-E until then which is why it failed when we tried to use the automated system last week)

So my finance is all approved - but this isn’t showing on the online portal. Still says contact dealership.

As per quite a few of us we were told to contact our dealer to complete the finance - I rang my dealer Think Ford in Guildford three times on different days and left a message to contact me which they didn't, so in the end called in to see then yesterday. They were not interested and really unhelpful and told to me to contact Ford to resolve it. If I could change my dealer I would. Certainly wouldn't recommend Think Ford after this experience!!

Just got off the phone with my dealer. Finance approved. YIPPEE. He says his order bank has gone from 14 to 8. He has ordered a FE and has a delivery date in June. WTF. Glad I could only afford an ER RWD. Happy days. Wonder if Santa will bring any good news.

From what I was told the ordering system wouldn't/couldn't talk to the finance system hence why you have to contact dealer. Shouldn't be an issue. I did mine over the phone
