Most unreliable car I've ever experienced!

I have sometimes found the heater doesn't work on motorway journeys on cold days. I'm wondering now if that's due to the external temperature sensor not always working correctly.

they are similar messages for HVBJB problems but getting the codes read will confirm that, assuming you have the orange battery and red spanner symbol on the dash since the error came on, happened to mine each time I had this issue and HVBJB was replaced, error code was POADA, now on my third replacement after the last one went within a month of repair, the dealer did manage to turn the repair around in 2 days.
No orange battery but a little red car with an exclamation mark in it. Cars also telling me a service is due soon, it’s due in May which to me seems a little soon to be getting a message about it.
No other error messages in the car though, the only 2 messages are service due soon and collision system disabled, nothing regarding the other new messages that appear in the FP app.

Note how cold it is in Staffordshire -40c??

without doubt it is, my external temp sensor went about 2 weeks ago and it blasts cold air out when it thinks it’s +35c when it’s actually 4c and pumps out blistering heat when it thinks it’s -40c like now.

Where it shows the outside temperature on the car screen, is that also showing it incorrectly?

Just plugged the Mach e in and it won’t start a charge. FP app just states charge starting at 1029 which is when I plugged in. Oh dear it appears it’s busted!!! Clicking start in the app starts the charge which then stops 2 mins later

Umm along with the collision system not working and external temp I’ve now had these faults pop up yesterday although they haven’t reduced performance (clicking in each one states performance has been reduced) It’s booked in this Thursday so hopefully the dealer can shed some light on them

On a side note your tyre pressures seem very low. Mine are 36 front and 40 rear (as per instructions on drivers door sill).

Yep I noticed that too. Going to top them up. I assume warning PSI probably set to less than 30

Yes, probably.

Yours might need more in the front? Mine is 36 and it’s an RWD.

With yours being an AWD it might be more. ??

I’ve reached out to Ford’s UK Customer Support team asking for a final and transparent comment on whether UK 2021/2022 models will get the BlueCruise OTA. They’re reaching out internally and will respond when they have an answer. Let’s see if Ford UK will do the right thing and give us an answer once and for all. I’ll post when I hear back.
The latest information I received from Head Office was as follows:

onfirmation, via my VIN Number, that my car has all the hardware for Blue Cruise;

There is an Over The Air Update that is due to be scheduled for this and once this becomes available you will be notified via the Ford Pass App.

The Blue Cruise is in production so hoepfully this will be with you soon.

The estimate is by end Q2 2025.

sorry yes I meant red car symbol, the service vehicle soon is normally followed by stop safely now, which would need a flat bed tow to the garage. the problem with HVBJB normally affected early 21 and mid 22 plates so fingers crossed its something else for your 23 plate. good luck

Mind you it won’t charge anyway so not that it matters. Was going to pop to the local supermarket though, no great issue aborting that trip?
