I concur. It’s traffic alert. I looked for the noise for 2 years and finally got it to stop when I turned off traffic alerts.

I haven’t found a consistent pattern of when it happens yet, but it’s while driving. I know the doo-de-doo well, whenever I start it up and I’m either not buckled yet or there’s a door still open.

This one is more like a flat BONG-BONG sound that lasts a second and goes away.
yes I get that sometimes too nd wonder what that is for!

Maybe take a video? I hear a melodic “doo di dooo, doo di dooo” every time I start the car. That’s just the Mach e saying hi to me.
you can't take a video - it happens so sporadically. Sometimes I think it's a message on my phone or something but no doesn't appear to be - just comes out of the blue!

It doesn’t matter if you do disable the suggested places feature, it will turn itself back on again at some point.

Easier to just ignore the occasional double dings.
Thank you for reminding me how much I hate whoever implemented the predictive destination feature. I've turned that thing off dozens of times and the car still thinks it's being helpful by setting a random destination when I turn it on.

It is the Ford Nav Traffic alert. Mine keeps turning itself back on after I turn it off. It keeps loading routes for me when I don't want them also. I almost wish I could uninstall Ford Nav completely.

If it’s sporadic, it’s almost certainly nav-related.

Something like this happened to me this week. It is what I cal a 'giddy up giddy up giddy up' sound, for about a minute then stopped. Happened twice.

No message on the big screen. My cheapo dietetics monitor would give me an 'error message' after doing something like this. Come on Ford. give us information.

Yes! I thought this had maybe been fixed, but it randomly started a nav again a couple days ago. So annoying.

Don't get me started on "fixed" things. I still get the Drive Mode Not Available bug. They just hide it now. There is no longer a visible message when this happens, but if you go to your vehicle screen you'll see the drive mode has changed on you, and it won't readily go back.

You might have received a text message on your phone. I noticed a bong sound for that. You can then read the text on the big screen. Next time note the time and then check yur phone. I also think there is an icon in the upper right corner to view the text.
