There are 2 handles/cords on each charger there, but can't tell if it's 2 CCS or one CCS and one J1772.

They look the same size to me but the picture is a long way from the chargers.

Green means available and purple is charging?

No. Since they're EA chargers green means out of order, and purple means it can't connect

It is possible to test all 3 charge methods with a CCS plug provided the conductors are included for the 3 AC ports. Those are normally dummies on a real CCS plug but they could all be there for the testing machine. It could be just a simple matter of plugging in the one connector and test for all three charge methods one at a time of course.

It makes sense to test L1 to make sure 16 amps is enough for the transformer to step up to the charging voltage.

charging bay, right between fluid fill (chassis 6) and CAL1. They receive an initial charge there. If anything comes up wrong with the computer "Brain". Ford can test the different charging there also before its sent out.

That is what he told me. Those pics are risky whoever took them, inside the plant like that. Glad he did, but man I've seen people fired for pics like that.

Hey @trutolife27 do you know if the MME plant will also have an end-of-line system for complete testing like at the other plants (I would assume so)--in a prior life I worked on a version of those.

Both, that’s not the only place with charging stations but they’re looking for issues and tests.

That was my thought also. I see a black one, my dealer has a black one on order as a demo. There is a mixture of colors, none are FE that I can tell. What else would they be building so many of?
