The cost is high because of all your fancy polished electrons that stimulate your battery providing longer life and smoother acceleration.
Here in BC we supplement our electrons with recycled and slightly refined cooking oils. This has brought the dc charging down significantly.
The best benefit of this product is my Mach-E now smells exactly like a ā67 Mustang in desperate need of new rings and a rebore. It confuses the heck out of the boy/girl racers.
The cost at the local hydro charger is 36c. The charge rate is a slower āfast chargeā to ensure the product stays in the right state with the oil enhancements.
Teslaās peak charge is 38c using the fancy electrons.
Which is about a US quarter per kW.
It is currently .26c or US15c.
I donāt go to Seattle to charge!
