Yeah, it's embarrassingly bad. They must be instructed not to apply thought before replying. Just copy and paste and move on. They even ask for VIN and dealer info when somebody without a car pops in to ask a question. Just some very basic common sense applied before responding would go a long way.
I saw that one too and laughed. He literally said he didn't have his car yet.

Today I used remote start to cool down the cabin before driving. As I was getting in the car, I noticed some liquid (water?) trickling from under the car. It was dripping down from around the front of the battery pack. The AC was running fwiw.

Do I need to be concerned, or is this normal?
that's ac condensation, your ICE your home AC all do the same.
Love how you jump to that answer, MoonRiver! Did you not consider that the OP's family may be using the frunk for this purpose without his knowledge? Sheesh!

OP, you might want to pop the frunk and check to see if the ice was melting overnight...

Wasn’t OP running his AC when he saw that?

Bringing this thread up from the grave. I just notice that water dripping from acroos the from of my car's battery. Without me getting full under the car (front wheels on rhino ramps), I couldnt identify the source. I assumed it was water from the condenser, but every ICE car I've owned had a clearly visible tube that the water drippes from.

Thank you ? I feel like I should have known that, hah
Mid 80s today and the AC was working pretty good driving around town and I was putting those clips back in where I took the cover off under the hood, and I noticed all sorts of condensation behind the frunk underneath the panel.

Not to mention your refrigerator (although that one boils the water off and humidifies your kitchen), a cold glass of lemonade, and even your trombone on a day that's lower than breath-temperature.

It's the A/C dripping. It drains onto the top of the battery pack.
