I've got a 22 and it has a frunk button on the fob. Agree with seat tilt, also have a 2013 F150 love the seat
Does the frunk button also close the frunk, or do you still have to use hands to close?

Pony welcome lights. Such a show piece
Kick-to-open hatch. I know it's not unique but I love that convenience
Glass roof
PAAK works well for me
Built-in backup door code/start code (Tesla's backup is a card - something you have to take with you)
Navigation shows on the driver display even when using Android Auto instead of native navigation
1-pedal driving
Blue Cruise
The overall look of the car. I've owned it 16 months now and I am still fascinated with it!

Opportunities for improvement:
Frunk should have electronic opening and closing (like on the Lightning). My biggest disappointment.
Voice commands could work better/do more
Charge door should be electronic. Feels flimsy and sometimes hard to close. I think I found the secret though.
Backup beep. Wish it could be disconnected.
Should be able to do more with center screen when not driving (YouTube, Netflix, etc. )
More OTA. Even simple changes keep up the excitement with the car.
Warranty (bumper to bumper). I know, it's not the MME's fault, but I haven't had a car with 3/36 since my first car.

Since hate is a strong word, I'm willing to say I only hate one thing about my MME.

The absolute misery that is the software update process is the worst thing about this car. With the connectivity and technology in this car, I should be able to hit one button in the settings menu and begin a download that when I choose to install it, updates all modules to their most recent versions. All of them. At once. No questions. The software exists, the technology exists. Let me update my damn car.

Instead, I have the experience of making appointments 30 days out only to find myself educating dealerships as to how the process currently works, and arguing just to have vital updates to solve current and future problems. Or, waiting for arbitrary magical OTA's that haven't taken my 2021 job 1 past 2.7.6.

The update process does not put the customer experience first. Not by a long shot.

Edit: My list of loves:
  • The look - dat ass
  • The torque
  • The tight yet effortless steering
  • Android auto integration
  • General utility of the interior (we camp in it)
  • Soft touch surfaces
  • Bluecruise, lane keep assist
  • Panoramic roof
  • Frunk practicality

dislike:
Lack of physical buttons for climate (this is a safety issue for all cars w screens over buttons, hopefully a trend that will reverse soon)
Reliability of large screen
Sensitivity of pre collision in city lifestyle
Wireless charger is a joke (stops charging after 1 min)
Suspension of non-GT is hollow and cheap feeling
Overall experience at most ford service departments
