I want to scream and yell that you're wrong... but as an IT guy - i can't disagree.All these update troubles is what makes me think this will be the last big update for this generation of Mach-E. It seems the update process is a minefield. Hopefully the next generation where Ford plans to take over more internal ownership of the software for modules will be a much better experience. I mean I hope this isn't the last BC update they push to us, but wow this is painful to watch and experience.
Though a reason I want to say "not true" is that ford needs to keep up with the competition... some companies really struggle with OTA (like BMW) but others (like... the T word) are beyond anyone else, so i'm sure that Ford doesn't want it to become a battle point
