Wow, I have also had this error and thought I was the only one! I ended up taking my car into the dealership for a variety of updates such as 21P22, etc and I haven't had this issue since. Have you received any updates from OTA or the dealer?

I have had the additional roads BC update. Other than that no (But I’m not sure job2 are getting much more than that yet)
