Interesting? That is the SS version. Top of the line. How much is the GT performance?
No, you completely missed the point. So
I’ll repeat myself.

You changed because of price.

YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THE BLAZER PRICE WILL BE!!

“Estimated MSRP starting around…..”

Read those words carefully. I’m not referring to the SS. It’s all Blazer EV models. Price hasn’t been finalized yet and you don’t know what the options will cost.

I’m approaching it like this

I have 4 EVs I’m interested in and 2 ICE
MachE
Inoiq5
Blazer EV
EV6

Maverick
Colorado

I’ll put my order in for all these starting with the MachE on the 30th… I play it as this, if I don’t get a order in I could be SOL if I wanted to get this or that…

With that being said I’m not tied to any of them

Now…. I do have a funny feeling that the MachE will have a faster turnaround for 23s in getting them out for the following reason…Price… Ford is pricing these at a level that pushes out certain salary ranges… So we might be looking at 6-9months at most or sooner.

Unfortunately the price has increased and don’t be EVEN surprised that the vehicles I listed above do the same. A lot people are sticker shocked but look at this this one

(Example)
Tesla Increases on M3 LR
12/31/21 $50,990
⤵
6/15/22 $57,990
8/12/22 - Stopped additional orders
(All these increases did not have any additional options/increase/etc.. this was

Estimated starting price of 45k for the Base Model. The top of the line SS model is 66k. Seems less than the MachE.
This is not 100% firm, it’s a starting point. Chevy has only been dealing with the Bolt no other vehicle has it made out on the new platform

I’d be floored if those prices stick

I’m putting my order in tomorrow morning at 0930. I’m going to order a Vapor Blue GT. I don’t believe there are any other options to be had. The pano roof and blue cruise are included now.
I also have a reservation for a Blazer EV RS and just started looking at a 23 Black Bolt EUV Redline. So I’m pretty much all over the place.

I don't think the Tesla deposit is refundable. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. The Cybertruck is, but that is still vaporware.

When you reserve your MME, even the fine print says to check with the dealer on the deposit refund policy. It's not set in stone normally I think, but dealers are happy if you walk now, no idea how it will be if the car market went back to being slow.
Tesla $250, non refundable unless something has changed.

Yes. “Estimated.” And again, no clue what options cost.

My point? Don’t be so quick to jump ship based on price. Wait and see how it turns out before making a final decision.

The Blazer does look interesting on paper, but until things are finalized and reviews start coming out, who knows?

I didn't jump ship. My 22 MachE Prem AWD that I ordered in January is finally scheduled for 10/10. Can't wait.

Well that makes your post on the previous page very confusing then:

I'm on the list for the Chevy Blazer. Mach E went up too much in price.
This sure sounds like you don’t want the Mach E because of price and are going to buy a Blazer instead.

If you aren’t even buying a 2023 Mach E, not sure what that price has to do with the Blazer.

Obviously your 2022 price is already locked in.

Let's put away the knives and pitchforks until tomorrow

One of my order was a GT with the pano option so it will be standard, I would like to request a P1 maybe I'll get it before Dec31

I am going to buy the Chevy for the wife instead of the Mach E

I saw an article yesterday that said Ford is raising the price on the GTPE $8500. I dont know how true it is. But between raising prices and that crazy ADMIN stuff. When does it stop? Least I was fortunate to get my 21 GTPE AND the 22 Premium. It sure is crazy. These numbers.

I have a Blazer on order, 2 Fiskers, and a Rivian R1S. Difference between these and MME Is none of the others are even made yet. Estimated production dates mean absolutely nothing, you can order an MME tues and Ford will actually produce it. Do the price increases suck, sure, but at least you know they will make it.

It doesn't stop until there is more balance between supply/demand. Sorta like with housing during the heyday (just 6-9 months ago actually). Houses were selling for < 1 week and at peak pricing just recently Now, not so much since rates went up a ton (double) and things are sitting longer if still priced at that peak pricing.

For cars, something similar will have to happen...but when there is still 0% inventory sitting on a lot that is listed at a MSRP price, there is no stopping yet until that happens.

For pricing, here is a very long thread on it so yeah, GTPE is about $8.5k more:
