So is the final answer that the x-plan pricing will be calculted from the item circled (bottom line MSRP) and not the MSRP at the top before all the additions and subtractions?

My opinion is yes, it will be ($54,115 * 0.98) + $275 + $10.xx (Random fee) = $53317.xx

If you had price protection as well, that can change things up. Some dealers will take it off the $53317 above or some, send you a check after.
