Window sticker has the a discount , ford’s account does not

Do you live in Delaware or Pennsylvania? Looks like you have the regional discount which essentially cancels out the December price increase. Technically you should be price protected plus the discount, but good luck with that! If you ordered in July you should also have a $750 credit for switching form 2021 to 2022 MY.

Just me, or has anyone ever get this email only to login to see that there is still no production date?

Happened to me this afternoon

I logged into the Ford tracker today to find that my 5/28/22 delivery date is now blank. Ordered 9/28/21 for 2/28/22 original delivery that creeped to 5/28. Anyone else experience this date removal?

UPDATE - Just received an email from Ford on 3/2 stating an estimated delivery date of April 16 to 22. I’m liking the new divisions in Ford’s operations.

UPDATE - Today (3/5) Ford emailed that delivery is delayed to 5/28. The build was completed 3/2. Why would delivery take almost 3 months?

It seems like everyone who got the "your order has been updated" email did not have a production week scheduled prior to getting the email and still do not after. I suppose it's possible that folks will see a production date scheduled tomorrow (Thursday) which is typically the day of the week the production week updates are made... but seems unlikely since this week was supposed to be a "no scheduling" week for Mach-E's, and there are so many folks who got the email.

FWIW, I did NOT get this email, but already had a production week scheduled several weeks ago... It doesn't seem like anybody with a production week scheduled (or further in the production process) got this email.

Also received an email today at 2:34pm Pacific time and logged in to my Ford account. My Premium extended range order of 12/19/21 was unchanged along with its price remaining the same.

Forwarded the email to my dealer (to a sales guy I’ve never met as I ordered online and chose his “no ADM” dealership) and my guy looked it up, saw zero change in their system, and emailed me back telling me “guess you gotta wait for awhile longer.”

Yes, exactly! My delivery date estimate has always been 3/21/22. Today it is blank. I know my car is in KC as of 2/14… I saw that with Palsapp before they took that site away from us.

Today, I checked the Vehicle Order Tracking page. Our car has been built, week of 1/10/22, we had a 2/17/22 delivery date which was moved to a delivery date of 5/18/22. Now, no delivery date listed.

In order to save money, I think Ford has cancelled their Customer Service Program.

That "small increase" was $2500, this one is $2000 on top of that, reflected in my order. I don't know where you're coming from.

I too got this email, also waiting on my Premium 10/1 order to be scheduled. No changes. I was hopeful Ford's tracker was just a little behind and there'd some kind of movement soon but if everyone else got it then I guess it's just a glitch. Womp womp...

Manager: "Bill, did you just send out the 'your order has been updated emails????'"
Bill: "Yes Ma'am, just did that. Just like you asked."
Manager: "NO Bill, WTF! I said NOT to send it today and to wait until Thursday evening!!" ?‍
