New Startup Animation on Mach-E GT Display After Software Update

Not sure if this has been posted yet, but my Mach E GT received the Alexa update and I’ve noticed a new startup animation that shows the GT instead of the Select grille with slots in it.
Maybe this has always been there?? But I don’t think so.

Whoa, I thought mine looked different! I believe 2022's have had this? So pretty nice 2021's got it, too.

Wierd it look like the one I always had I wonder if it changed and I never noticed. Lol I loved it no matter which one I had

I got this update yesterday.

It's definitely new and it's definitely awesome!

Thank you @Ford Motor Company for giving GT owners an animation that more closely matches our cars!

The GT's I've updated have this new animation but the Job 1 cars did not get it, at least the ones I've updated.

So then it’s GT exclusive since there’s no Job 1 GTs, right?

I don't know if it is GT exclusive since the only Job 2 cars I've done were GT's. Not sure if Anton's car is a Job 1 or 2 but it is not a GT and I'll be doing his at the end of this month.

I just checked - my 2021 Job 2 GT has the new animation! I thought something was different, but I never really watched the entire thing. Normally I am too focused on getting PaaK to work. ?

It's great, but now my OCD is bothered by the Instrument cluster animation not matching and having the non-GT nose. Need an update to that module!!

About time they paid more attention to the details in the UI. My GTPE has a select/premium icon on the top left that is white in the day and black at night. The standby "screensaver" is also a pic of the select/premium grill, rather than the GT one.

Would help if we at least had a choice in selecting what's shown, and/or the colors of the cars they are shown on (ala Tesla).

You can use forscan to choose which animation plays. If you're into that kind of thing, that is.
