Thank you for letting me know. Do you also know when this was released to the dealers? I have an appointment with the dealer in 3 weeks.
That popped up in Ford's PTS website for dealers on 6/20/2025.

Somebody in your region might be able to...but if somebody here in the US does it, we get our accounts blocked by Ford Cyber Security for looking up VINs from outside the US.

Hello, we just bought my wife a '21 mach e and are trying to troubleshoot some issues. Could someone look up my vin and help us out?
Can you elaborate on the issues? Your car's modem shows offline, so I cannot see any codes it may be reporting. OTA history shows many failed attempts for a GWM update because your car is not pinging the server back to accept it.

Are you able to set up Fordpass? When you go to the screen where you check for updates, does it stay hanging there saying checking for updates with the spinning pinwheel, or does it actually do something?

Vehicle is talking to the cloud just fine, is on the latest Sync update and shows a healthy recent OTA history showing OTA 10.3.0 was received successfully just 2 days ago. The car is not reporting any codes of concern. Are you having any issues?

Hi, my car recently started getting updates again after over 2 years of being stuck. I also had a major HV fault while on vacation so took it to a different dealership. They reprogramed the all of the modules and updated all of the software that they could. Figured I'd repost my VIN now that it has had some OTA updates and see what FDRS pulls up.

Just this week it received Software update 6.14.0 which updated the infotainment screen and changed the UI.

Sometime last week one of the updates (either "24-PU0105-CMR-FX" or "24-PU0102-SVD-FX2") updated the driver monitoring system and caused the change in the speedometer screen that I've already seen a ton of complaints about and was prepared for the inevitability of losing the drive mode animations.

Figured I'd do a check in and see what can be seen before the 90 day window where the update history gets erased. Thanks everyone who has posted similar issues, it took me forever to finally start getting OTA updates but I'm glad it's working now.

I've unplugged the fuses, master reset, sync reset, 12v unplug multiple times and still cant connect to wifi, hotspot, anything. The connectivity screen keeps popping up "Please wait". I haven't been able to get fordpass connected.

I don't access to check for checking pending updates anymore, but OTA history is below. TCU update that failed is 6.3.0 and it failed with the error code below which I don't know what it means:

Ok, so you've tried most of the simple stuff I would have recommended. When you did the 12v disconnect, did you leave it off for at least 20 minutes?

If so, it is difficult to help while working in the dark. Without your modem working, I cannot see the codes it is reporting to help troubleshoot. I checked the config in your TCU and the country code is correct for the US, but aside from that, we can't see anything. Do you have FORScan or at least some kind of code reader?

I last unplugged it last week for about 30 minutes. I don't have a FORScan or code reader.
