Thank you for this. I actually have a recall appointment today in a few hours. I think i have 2 open recalls and 2 customer satisfaction things open.![]()
With a 12V battery reporting it's only at 64% SOC at 13.1V...be prepared to get locked out...unless of course you just need the BMS Learned Values reset done to bump the SOC back up.
This car has also never had the HVJB replaced? Wow....40K and it hasn't failed yet! Impressive. But I'm sure all those outstanding recalls will get sorted out at the 40K service..right?

I asked if they are supposed to do any open updates during the 40k maintenance and they said no. How does one get them to do all these updates?
Also any chance these updates would solve my permanent pre-collision assist not available problem?
...?
Didn't the service advisor offer to schedule the recalls to get performed when you made the appointment? I mean the HVJB one alone would take at least a day if they had the parts.
The 25S65 takes roughly 25 minutes to do...but if they're doing a 40K service I'd imagine they'd want to do a 12V battery test as well especially when they see that it's only reporting around 65% SOC. That's pretty low.
What is your issue or concern?Anyone in EU who has FDRS access? If you can could you please look up WF0TK1E75NMA52842
It's driving me crazy!
I bought a used 2022 Mach-E Premium a couple of months ago. It has the hardware for BlueCruise, but the feature isn’t available in the software or FordPass. When I got the car, the software was on version 4.x, which I later learned was way outdated. What is your issue or concern?
That, I may be able to help you with. I cannot check for pending updates on your vehicle, but there are other things I can see. I can tell you the IPMA is on the latest firmware. Firstly, the config in the IPMA for BC is wrong. You will need FORScan to fix it. The config may be wrong in other modules, too. If you're willing to take the plunge, I will do my best to help you get the config corrected. Once the config is correct, it will be a matter of getting the activation signal sent from Ford to your vehicle for BC.I bought a used 2022 Mach-E Premium a couple of months ago. After countless emails and a lot of persistence, my dealership finally agreed to update the modules — though, to be honest, they clearly had no idea what they were doing. I still don’t know what exactly they updated or what’s missing.
Last week I received an OTA update to 6.4.0, which I’m guessing only happened because of whatever the dealer did. Still, from what I can tell, it’s not the latest version.
I’ve asked both the dealership and Ford Customer Service multiple times for a list of the installed modules and their versions, but they keep dodging the question. The latest from Ford CS is that my car has the hardware but needs OTA updates, so I just have to wait.
So yeah — my main issue now is that I have no way to know what’s actually installed or updated on my car.
I'm a senior software engineer. I worked on a lot of firmwares myself. If you can give me the instructions I can give it a try. If you don't mind me asking: how do you see my IPMA? and how do you know the code is wrong? That, I may be able to help you with. Below is the config in the first line of your IPMA:

This is incorrect. This has TJA enabled (traffic jam assist) instead of HA (highway assist). Based on what you do for a living, maybe you are more inclined to try to fix it than most people I offer a hand to. Just let me know.
After my response I looked into it a bit more. Downloaded Forscan, ordered OBDLink adapter. Downloaded my car's Module Build Data from motorcraftservice.com. I only need the correct configuration now.I'm a senior software engineer. I worked on a lot of firmwares myself. If you can give me the instructions I can give it a try. I think so, but not sure.I guess your car doesn't have Park Assist. It comes with Prep Kit......
The as built data is stored in Ford's system in the cloud. Anyone can see with the VIN in the motorcraft website. I use PTS which is Ford's dealer website, but you don't need PTS to see the config.I'm a senior software engineer. I worked on a lot of firmwares myself.
