33 has DPAC low power mode disabled and 73 has it enabled. Not sure what that is or does, but that's what the spreadsheet shows.

System says there have been no OTAs attempted on your vehicle in the last 180 days (might be longer than that but it only goes back 180).

Your 12V battery SOC is currently reported at 79% and 13.3V. I would do a BMS learned values reset before your next drive to see if that can get bumped back up. Of course the battery may be ending it's lifecycle as another possibility but you should have gotten a warning if that was the case.

The only things I see in FDRS are a set of powertrain updates, and a GVMS data block on your IPC module for some reason. This is usually due to a data discrepancy between what the asbuilt server has for that module and what your car is reporting the module's asbuilt actually is. I don't know if that is the cause of the lack of OTAs or not, but the tech has the ability to submit a query through the FDRS system to have somebody on the server end manually examine the issue and report back. I would ask them to do that at the time you have the 25S65 recall applied.

back from serv and I am interested to see if they actually fixed this issue. Would you mind checking? It’s been back for a couple of weeks and still no OTA’s.

See Mike's post here about why no one can do this any longer.

HI, thanks for providing this service...

This is a 2023 GT PE. It got backed into in a parking lot in August. Car was in body shop (Caliber Collison, Lexington KY) for 7 weeks. Other guys insurance paid a little over $20,000 for the repairs. The invoice shows calibrations for active park assist (I maybe should ask them about that one), adaptive cruise, surround view camera, and lane keep assist.

Also, Ford PRO service came to my house yesterday for the recall service.

Curious if you can tell if FDRS shows anything I should be concerned with. thanks,

FDRS is to check for pending updates which we can no longer do. Did you mean PTS for any codes it may be reporting? All those procedures you mentioned are not abnormal after repairs related to an accident. Is everything working as it should? Particularly all your driver assist features?

Yes, if any codes are being reported. As far as I know everything works. Just not sure I would know if everything is working.

I'll check it tomorrow. Fordpass has to be connected for me to see anything.

Thanks for taking a look. I appreciate it!
No really concerning DTCs are being reported. Minor transient network stuff that all cars occasionally show.

HV battery state of health at 94%, 12V battery at 95% SOC and 12.8 volts.

Good history of OTAs being received and processed, including the 10.1.0 on 2 April, 10.1.1 on 8 April, 10.2.0 on 12 July and then the last one was the IPC-25.7.46 on the 18th of July. So no issues with getting OTA when they are sent to the car.
Looks good overall.
I got a 12v notification from the Ford app this evening, is this something that would trigger if the state of health goes below a certain percentage?

On the 20th of October my FDRS account access was blocked. I was told initially that my software install was compromised and that I needed to remove and reinstall the software...which I did.

Then, when I still couldn't log in, I was told that I had been performing 'remote diagnostics' and it's not permitted by the FDRS user agreement. Meaning, any VIN I looked up using FDRS...I had to be physically present with the vehicle.

Needless to say, I was unaware that this was the definition of 'remote diagnostics'. Since looking up a VIN using FDRS doesn't actually provide anything more than a list of available software updates. You can't run any diagnostic routines in FDRS without actually being connected to the vehicle.

So bottom line is I've been told that in order to get my account re-enabled, I have to agree not to perform 'remote diagnostics' anymore.

I have responded to the email saying that I will no longer look up VINs for vehicles that I'm not physically working on (or in the presence of).

Sorry for the inconvenience. It was fun and educational while it lasted.
Good morning, Mike:

Do you have access to PTS? I ask because you can also see pending updates for any Ford vehicle on PTS. It's another way to access it, and they might grant you access that way.

Ford's policy of restricting FDRS is to raise money and also to prevent users from staying up-to-date with their cars and to avoid pressure and complaints. That's what I think.

Let me know.

Depends on the access to PTS. I used to be able to see pending updates in PTS, but my login is for a sales role and not service. Ford sent a memo to dealers some time ago asking them to go through the access of all dealer employees and remove certain accesses to PTS if the employee is not a service employee. So, I can no longer see pending updates, vehicle history, and a few other service related things in PTS that I used to be able to see.

Your car is reporting a lot of stored codes; way more than normal. It was reporting some active faults that went away......I assume it was after the dealer visit. On 10/29, it did report these codes below, but most of them have a 00 fault type that does not provide a clue as to what the issue is. The one that does show a fault type of 87 is for a missing message, which sounds to me like a glitch in the matrix causing the module to come off the network which would explain the other BECM codes with no fault type.

Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 1761916169970-1s

I can't say for certain that is the case; maybe someone with more EV knowledge can chime in. However, one thing I have learned is that codes are not problems.......only problems are problems. So if the car seems fine, then it probably is.

Yeah....what he said....

..but seriously...they are in full audit mode right now. And they seem to have discovered how AI can help them herd the cats that are looking up and providing info that they don't think we all have a need to know.
