My car arrived KC on 2/25 and per the Dispatcher locally they can't transfer to the next ramp for onward railcar to TX. Said Ford has a "hold" on the car...or maybe many (my opinion). My dealer's sales director is reaching out to his local rep to see if they can determine the issue.

Since your ETA isn't until April, it seems like they may have known about this delay in advance and built it into the transit time. Mine shipped the day after yours and also has an ETA in April. Palsapp is still pending though.

My Palsapp also shows Pending. FYI, I spoke to the Jack Cooper dispatcher early today...that is where I got the info my VIN was on a Hold by Ford. No reason given of course.

I was given this number 816-452-8235, by a tech guy at 800-890-1090. I selected the option for Dispatcher. if I had been asked, I would have used my Sales Associates name for my Dealer. Don't think they are supposed to talk to the public. He just asked for the last 8-digits of the VIN. Then he said Ford has it on hold. Been there since as least 2/25, he said. He said it will move to another ramp as soon as the hold is lifted.

Thanks, I just called to check on mine. They said it's in a lot in KC waiting for transport to the next ramp. I asked if there was any hold on it, and he said there was not.

My turn for venting.
Deposit paid in November 2019, ordered in June 2020 only, which is almost your 8 months already.
Built December 2020, more than a year after paying deposit and 5 months after order.
At this point ( expect it to worsen) ETA is March 30th, so overall 16 months of wait.
Yes I know of all the many factors that created this wait, but heck, I'm tired of hearing "just be patient"
Someone please acknowledge that it is all I've been doing, for more than a year and give me credit for not pulling the plug and rage-quitting this deal a long time ago.

You have my sympathy and I hope venting will make you feel better because I don't think the powers that be will. Today's gripe, car was supposed to be delivered end of Jan, then end of March, then end of Feb (27th.) Still says end date of Feb 27th, but nada.

I think my pony is sitting in some lot 45 miles away, getting irritated with this nonsense, just wants to be free.

You know I honestly cannot remember the date. I'm pretty sure it was before 1-30-2021 but I'll try looking back at my posts. If it WAS around this time you may have uncovered the reason. Thanks for remembering that. The original 10-12-2020 order had standard range battery.
UPDATE: It was December 16, 2020 so this didn't affect the 1-30-2021 incorrect order date Ford has listed. Still don't know why Ford put this date as "ordered on!" Obviously wrong.

I wish I understood this transit system better.
As far as I do, my car spent 11 days at the SPEEDWAY, which I belief is where the issues were addressed, meaning it should be good to go now right?
Palsapp showed it delivered to what I understand to be the loading site where it is put on the railcar for final delivery to the dealer.
The dealership finally answered my enquiry and reported that it is in a specific railcar ( gave me the #) on route.
Problem is the ETA is March 30th still.
According to this, it is going to take 34 days for this train to travel the 3100km.
Dealer says "hopefully it will refresh with an earlier date"

They should have shipped these cars through Amazon.
I wish there was an expedited shipping or Amazon Prime option I could pay for instead.
I'm sure I can manually push the car her faster than this train is expected to travel.

So my MME is for sure caught up in additional quality checks which is why I got pushed two weeks on delivery. I still don’t know if it’s in KC, Dearborn or Mexico but I’m guessing KC given the deliver only got pushed from 3/11 to 3/25. Also that last part of his email seems to indicate to me the delivery might extend past 3/25.

Gets built 1/9... doesn't ship until 1/26. ETA 3/1... day has come and gone and now the order tracker is just counting the days up.

What makes it even more frustrating is just at my dealer alone I keep seeing car after car ordered/built/shipped later than mine showing up. I finally reached out to the dealer and they confirmed the car is in my city on the ramp since 2/25 but don't know why it hasn't been delivered to them. Wish I knew the right person to @ on twitter to make things happen! Guess I should have been more active on here the past year instead of lurking lol.

FE in my mind meant getting it first.
Same thing I saw with my dealer.
Their non-FE demo car already arrived (ordered long after mine) and 2 other people are driving around in non FE cars from there.
My dealer tells me he has absolute confidence that I will eventually receive my car (so helpful)
