After a few days of using One Pedal Driving (OPD) I am a big fan. BUT due to our local streets being 50 mph speed limit, I can't seem to stop WITHOUT using the brakes. Letting go of the pedal completely still travels quite a bit. Anyway to adjust the aggressiveness of the regen/brakes? I've tried all 3 drive modes, slight but no major differences. The "L" is use for heavy incline/decline right?

According to Ford the only difference between "L" and 1-P mode is that the car will not stop in "L". If you have both on it doesn't increase regen.

I've noticed significant differences in regen between the three modes with Whisper having the least and Unbridled having the most.

It would have been nice of them allowing us to set the regen level independently of "drive mode".

Your *Local* streets are 50mph?

The 1PD takes a bit of practice. Soon you'll learn to slowly let off the accelerator. It's not meant to be full accelerator directly to fully off the accelerator. You need to slowly release the pedal to gently slow the car down at the desired location. Slowly modulate off of the accelerator pedal sooner and you won't need to use the brake pedal at all. Keep at it and you'll get it.

Yup, they even up a few major ones to 55. It does suck if you mis-timed the lights. Stop -> 55 -> Brake/Stop.

YES!
I would love to be able to set max regen, within some permissible range, with 0% throttle giving whatever the max regen kW is set to.

and/or tying the brake pedal position to ramp from 0 to max regen before hitting the mechanical brakes.

What is max regen (in kW) when you let off the accelerator in 1pd and what is it on the brake pedal?

Anyway to see real-time regen kW and real-time mechanical brake pressure? Maybe via obd-2?

I really enjoyed "regen" driving in both gen 1 and gen 2 Volt, but when I got to Bolt with much stronger regen, it was not as easy or as much fun for me. So, while Bolt would stop on a dime, especially with added paddle, I actually much prefer the lower level of OPD regen in MME. I too have noticed what you say, needing some brake when slowing down from high speed. It just feels so normal to me, like going back to Volt "L".

Ok so I have a Bolt and I love the strong Regen

So I try this demo MME over 48 hours with one pedal set and max power. At first the regen was very strong but today when it was colder (30F) I can't feel much of the Regen...car rolls pretty far before coming to a stop.

Is it temperature related?

Was it in the same drive mode? Unbridled has the highest level of regen. Was 1PD still turned on?

Yes unbridled and 1PD on....was not impressed as compared to yesterday. Only difference is colder weather.

Was it fully charged when it rolled further?

No it was not (50 percent) The only factor was temperature. It's strange because I'd thought that 1 pedal meant that the real brakes would be used if needed to make up lack of Regen.

I’ve noticed the same thing a couple times...wasn’t sure if it was temperature or a combination of that and already being nearly fully charged.
