PAAK really sucks for me and a lot of other people, the Ford Pass App is a trainwreck. To me the frunk is unusable having to go into the car to open it, and closing it is always a multiple attempt ordeal to get it closed properly.

I've yet to be able to get my Android phone to connect wirelessly to Android Auto. It's not something I really care all that much about, but also I'm really annoyed by getting the failure notification every time I get into the car. I also hate that my phone locks up whenever Android Auto tries to connect to my phone whenever Wi-Fi isn't on. Something doesn't work together there.

Also I want my ambient lighting in the back.

Can we get the ski-door hatch for the back seat, like european Mach-E customers currently get? How about the small tow hitch (for bikes) that european customers also get?

You probably wouldn't have enough capacity to handle all frustrated EU buyers with hundreds if not thousends of us which feel very VERY frustrated about how Ford EU deals with it's supply chain in Antwerp and the complete lack of communication on the major delays.

So ya, probably for the best to just ignore us just as Ford EU does ?

Right, it’s a shame the way Ford Netherlands make a mess and don’t communicate at all about the delays in Antwerpen!!!

Hi Ford team. Please understand in Europe people are not different from people in the USA. Sure, things like Covid-19 and supply chain issues can happen, but this must be an opportunity to show you have an organization taking care of customers. We (yes I am also from overseas) have people ordering the Mustang Mach E for more than over a year ago. Deliveries scheduled for 2020 were delayed with only a minor compensation (none if you take the extra taxes for 2021 in consideration) but without any info about the process or reasons for the delays. Any perspective was't given. Now delay after delay without any info we are lost! No idea what is going on, no idea when delivery will take place. Based on VIN info we can see some details, and is showing availability of the cars in Europe or even at local dealers, but other than that..... Nothing.

When will you break your silence and start informing us.

Glad to see you're officially in the threads. One common issue that several threads have posted on is the potential issues with the gap/differential between the windshield and the panoramic glass roof. This has manifested itself commonly in a large amount of wind noise and or roof cracks.

What is Ford's official stance to those of us with Panoramic roofs with a large differential?

But for real.

Give me a direct contact within Ford USA or Ford NL. Already got a list of 20+ issues which the Mach-E has. Dealer knows nothing and doesnt have anyone wanting to look at the list.
