I also see my order number when I use the tracker: https://www.macheforum.com/site/pages/tracker/. and put in my VIN. The "ID" number is my order number. I'm assuming it is that way for everyone else as well? Or just very weird circumstance.

The "ID" field in that tracker is the order number.

I received my VIN about a week ago, and I've tried to use the tracking tool here but each time I get "Cannot locate this VIN" but it's coming directly from the visibility report sent over from my dealer, is there usually a pretty big lag time between when the tracker works? Thanks!

Yes, as mentioned just above by Accord07, it won't work until you have a window sticker which typically happens the week before your build week.

Does in transit mean it is being shipped? and is ETA date when it is suppose to arrive at the dealer?

Called the dealer and they don't know anything. They said they thought maybe it was on hold for chips. Also my Order status doesn't show built but I have had the VIN for over 3 weeks now.

No worries. It a confusing nuance, especially for new members. I honestly wish this point were clarified in the OP. I also wish that the topic of the thread were changed to not mention "Order #" since that hasn't been required (or accepted) in the tracker since before it was changed back in March.

If you want to see your Mach-E in Ford's system prior to your window sticker being available, you can obtain your four character (typically four digit, but sometimes there is a letter or two) order # from your dealership and use either of the two following trackers:

Generally speaking, that's supposed to be the case, yes. But for the time being, particularly for GTs, it doesn't appear that any have shipped yet. Typically, there would also be an associated Ship Date as well, but for the vast majority of GT orders, including yours, that date hasn't been specified. Even for the very few "In Transit" GT orders that do actually have a Ship Date, we have no proof yet that they are actually on their way to their first stop (usually Kansas City, but there are a few other initial destinations as well).

Yes. It's actually a date range but for whatever reason the tracker in this thread and the seg.fyi tracker only show the end date. The start date is almost always six days prior to the end date though, so yours is almost certainly 9/8. That being said, until you know yours has shipped, you may want to temper your expectations. I think an early to mid September delivery date is still doable if they actually ship them out soon. Hopefully they do just that.

Thanks, I been try to find out how to get my order number for the past week, finally I have a link I can use to search for my window sticker with my reservation number and VIN number. Sadly it's not available yet but it's a start

Up until now it was showing me all detail. It stopped and shows error 101 and null in all fields.
Do you know why?

I have the same issue, it just stopped working for me 30 days after it was built.

I notice the tracker in the OP - the only one that doesn't require an order number anymore (since March according to thread history), only a VIN - stopped working earlier today.

The other two order trackers, https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details and Ford's own https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking - both of which do require an order number - are still working fine.

Temporary glitch, or did Ford plug another privacy hole? Time will tell.

I haven't gotten an email that mine shipped. I was just informed that it shipped from checking the tracking website. Palsapp hasn't updated either. Is anyone getting their MME before the eta delivery date?

In case it gives anyone hope, I'm on the East Coast and mine just arrived about 3 weeks before the ETA. Ordered 3/2/21, Shipped 7/20/21, ETA 9/4/21, Delivered 8/14/21. Good luck everyone!
