Yes, same here. I just got the email that my 7/1/21 order was converted to a '22 with the same $750 'help' to cover any price differences.

Do you have a build date? We ordered 7/23 and have a build date of next week but no notice regarding a change to 2022

We ordered 8/23 and did not get the letter. In fact, my dealer called and said the build date was pushed up a week to 11/8.

I placed my order for a Mach E GT on August 8th. My order will be a 2021 because I have a production date and Vin#. To ensure that I get the EV tax rebate I am sticking with my current order.

These order dates vs build dates are all over the place. I'm trying to figure out their method of production priority (which should be chronological date of order), and cant.

Wow, me too. I ordered at Sheehy Gaithersburg. I find it odd that my order date and suspected delivery date (end of the year according to dealership) are within 4 months. As of 2 weeks ago I wasn't even scheduled for production yet.

I ordered from the same dealership. Apparently, this dealership receives some of the highest numbers of Mach e’s in the region due to the inordinate amount of Tesla‘s registered to the surrounding ZIP Codes. It seems Ford is trying to take some of the EV market share.

Placed my order June 20th and got the email on Friday that the allotment of 21’s was complete. I assume it was for the Premiums like we order. Mine will be a 22. Switching to ICE Blue though, as she wanted a different color than the Dark Gray.

We order on 7/1 and online it shows a production date of 10/18 not sure if that will hold true or get changed. Wife found one at a dealer and jumped on it so we have been driving one for a month now. I can say it's worth the frustration and that we truly enjoy it. Have convinced 2 friends to purchase them after they saw, heard what we said and drove ours.
Just my opinion but it's worth the wait.

Where can you get a status online? Haven't been able to find it. My dealer rep keeps telling me no change in status. I ordered on 5/24

Well Ive been reading throught this thread a bit to see what dates people had placed their order to compare how my order has progressed and see that a lot of orders are after the beginning of the Q3.
My wife and I place our order on April 3rd 21!
I dont really know why our order got pushed back soooooooo far! Yes my original order was for an Infinite Blue but was happy to change to RRM but apart from that nothing, no Idea at all?
My wife and I have spent/ordred close to a $250,000 worth of new vehicles from ford in the last 12 months.

Ordered and almost have a new Bronco
Waiting on the Mach-E
So much for a positive customer experience. And ford wants to move away from dealerships! Good luck retaining customers with this kind of service. 6-7 months for a car, and we still dont have a production date!
Oh yay $750 bucks to cover extra costs.
Im annoyed that people whom ordered well after me got their cars but at the same time im ok with it now rolling into a 22MY order with the small gains in performance.
Sorry Rant over, just want my first BEV!

Not a valid concern. Any cars delivered in the first half of 2022 are likely to get the full tax credit.

I ordered 5/4/21 and received the same letter. I'm not happy that Ford is taking so long on those orders. I was told 5 months when I ordered but that date has passed and now it sounds like it won't even happen in 2021. I've ordered a Premium RWD ER.
