see this post. I had the same issue but you need to go to the end of the ordering process after selecting a dealer to get to the calculator.

Thanks very much!
Strange as I am getting this error using two different browsers when I click submit order once I select a dealer and login. Anyone have any ideas as I am just trying to get to the calculator for Ford Options?

I'm really hoping that $2,500 Ford Options incentive continues after Nov 1st or gets better. Car won't arrive till November. Was planning on doing Ford Options to get that incentive then immediately paying the car off.

My Ford Options site is now showing 5% APR up from 2.2% a few weeks ago. Anyone else seeing this?

I haven't bothered to look myself, but the dozens of posts about it on here suggest to me that everyone is seeing the same thing. It's not accurate.

Are you asking about the Online Cart/Checkout or the Ford Build and Price site?

From what I've heard the Online Cart/Checkout is incorrect at this time. It's not showing program rates and incentives (it's still being worked on, no ETA yet).

The Ford Build and Price site has been fixed and is showing the proper 2022 rates/incentives.

Except it isn't, because it says you have to take delivery from "dealer stock" by Nov 1, 2021, for a 2022 build! That's not going to be possible when they aren't even starting production of '22s until December. I think they are still editing that page. How can it take them so long???

I guess the real question is whether or not the Ford Options listed APR is fixed across the board, or is it just a placeholder percentage and then can adjust once you sit down actually transact?

Does anyone know where I can look up the current Ford Options incentive for October for the state of Oregon? I've seen where some people are getting as low as $1,000 and as much as $2,500 but can't seem to find the specific incentive where my dealership is located.

Not sure what you are looking for. There’s nothing further to update for the 2022s until after Nov 1st when the current incentives on the 22’s expire.

@Lord Polymath
When your ordered vehicle is delivered to the dealership it becomes ‘dealer stock’.

I set up an order for a 22 and it said the incentive in Oregon was $2500. It also said the interest rate was 2.7, so hopefully that is wrong.

I'm still confused, lol. It states that in order to get the $1,000 Ford credit bonus cash that you have to "take new retail delivery from dealer stock by 11/01/2021". It is impossible to for a 2022 to be delivered by that date, so wouldn't you consider it to be erroneous?
