I’ve been taught my whole life that patience is a virtue…but my virtuous patience is running extremely thin now. As of this post, we are “13” days from our estimated delivery date of 11/22…but have heard NOTHING from our sales associate. Can’t even get a VVR from him or a returned phone call.

When that happened to me, I showed up and talked to the dude in person. He was pretty responsive after I gave him hell

My estimated delivery of 11/5 magically moved to 12/4. Expect zero from your dealer and even less from Ford.

When did you notice the change in delivery date? Mine is stuck at 11/23 delivery for weeks now and the car has always been "in production" stage. Given 11/23 is just two weeks out, I have no hope of getting it then but wondering when will they update the tracker with a new ETA on mine.

Last Monday, 11/1 I had asked my dealer to run a VVR as we were approaching the delivery date of 11/4. He came back with "it's still in Missouri, but on the way". That afternoon, I logged into Ford and it was changed to 11/28. Asked the dealer and they have almost the same visibility as we do. It seems fairly random to me. I think that being in Colorado means it gets trucked from Kansas City to here rather than a train, but know zero.

This is a very challenging time to be an impatient person. Especially for things you don't control and cannot see the inner workings.

Well I am officially GRUMPY. Exactly 6 months ago I placed my order. 1 week ago my car arrived at the final rail head and is awaiting truck delivery to my dealer. There is no ETA and the dealer says they haven't had a truck in weeks. From what I understand the car won't leave the depot until they can fill a truck to go direct or make multiple stops along the way. Dealer says nothing they can do and I am not doubting them. All I can do is wait and hope they car comes in not F'd up like some of the post here describe.

I am having this exact issue in Cleveland. Been here for THREE weeks awaiting final trucker/convoy to dealership...

Ha!! I am 8 days PAST the end of my estimated delivery date. I'm out of grump at this point. Ok, not really.

i am 8 days past my delivery window and still have no car. My dealer does not have any information for me.

I’m six days past my delivery window with no car. And my dealer does not have any info on my car. But they received two Mach e’s for there stock. Why don’t people that place orders have priority.

These are the posts that make me really grumpy... Customer ordered vehicles coming in behind stock orders. This looks pretty bad on Ford.

I don't know why I thought I might actually get my car earlier than the projected delivery window? Clearly, it doesn't look like that is the trend lately.

But I can't help it; I'm hoping....
