How to find if the dealership is playing games

Hello. Today i had very bad experience with a dealership and dont know what to do.
I decided to place an online order for MME and selected to closest dealership. I called them before and talked to a salesman to ask if they do markups.
He insured me they dont and was very firm on that. He also said he sold a lot without any markups. He told me to place an order and to go in person because they need my driver license.
I placed the order on next day and went to the dealership but he was off. The guy who welcomed me confirm that they dont do markups.
So i asked if they can give me any written confirmation on that but he sent me to his manager who told me there are no markups at the moment but he cannot guarantee that after 6 months because comes from above. He was like he didnt care at all and didnt want to deal with me. When I told him about the guy on the phone and what he told me he said that i have to speak with him (even if he isnt a manager ) On my question what will happen to my deposit if i cancel at this point- he:s response was called Ford for the deposit. (even its up to the dealer)
I just dont know to cancel or to stay with them ? Is anybody here had any experience with Bell Ford, AZ
My order is on status sent to the dealership but still not accepted by the dealer.

Cancel the order get your money back and go to another dealer. Make them confirm no ADM and also accepting Ford Options in writing in an email BEFORE putting a deposit on a car with them. You also have plenty of time to get eligible for X-plan which will save you over $1000 more and guarantee no ADM. Make sure the dealer accepts this in writing.

If a dealer won't do this in writing, they will screw you and you should not be doing business with them.

Sign up for mustang club of America and select the middle level subscription. That will make you eligible for Xplan after 90 days of membership. That worked for me.

you can also get some Ford stocks if you are an investor.

or if you work on a company large enough with some sort of agreement with Ford you might also be eligible.

good luck with the purchase.And I agree with others here, if the dealer started pushing over now it will only get worse when they get the car. Change to another one.

I used x-plan through my employer as well. Note you will need to apply for a pin before you take delivery of the car. Pin is only valid for a certain period of time so it's not worth getting the pin now as it does expire. I believe if it expires you have to apply and get another one.

yes it says only two pins per year so i will wait until i need it
