Had a good experience with Bill Brandt Ford. Thanks @dixiekidd88 and the rest of the staff. I guess I was the first dog to do Ford Options financing, but they made a quick phone call and got it figured out. MSRP plus a more than reasonable doc fee plus $299 for etching (I’m not going to quibble on etching). Time to call

Just pinged my dealer (she's back from vacation today). She is going to follow up on where my car is (it arrived in Denver on Thursday) and get back to me. Still hoping that I'll have it before Thanksgiving, but, frankly, after 7+ months, a couple of extra days is not a deal breaker.

I’m about to go up to Estes Park for a wedding. This couple is renting my 69 mustang as a prop for their wedding.

Good gravy! Yet another non-reservation has gotten delivery (and he says a friend got his 10 days before his with order on same date in June) and several of our charter member grumps haven’t gotten their reservations fulfilled. Freaking grumpy! ??

Well there is that chance, my wife got a new job in Martinsburg and I’m fully remote. Cheaper mortgage, no commute and lower taxes are pretty big motivators

My dealer says trucking company has my car scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Hopefully I can pick it up on Wednesday. Grumpiness is really falling now.

Be prepared for more expensive utilities there if you get a house in over the WV line. Are you considering commuting from say - Winchester? I've done this shopping albeit about 5 years ago.

I’m currently in Berryville. Home pricing here and in Winchester are about the same. I don’t commute at all and my wife would go from having an hour+ commute to around 10 minutes. Plus, I’ve got about 250k in net equity after all is said and done if I sell this house. One of the builds we are looking at is only $400k all in. The utilities would be a wash for me, I think.
