I called the dealer and they are checking to see whether they have it or if it is still at Mira Loma.

Elkhart crew: tracking has gone a bit laggy. After no update all day, a status update as of 5:45 AM Just came through: Intermediate arrival, Conowingo, MD. Puts it spitting distance (~40 miles) from New Castle early this morning. Unfortunately United seems to have modified their systems over the past 48 hours and I no longer can see status changes through them. However, I wouldn't be at all surprised if some of our cars have joined the queue at AutoPort Delaware.

Picked mine up today. Reflecting others, I just got a magic email with no updates on anything. Everything said I was still in KC.

As I understand it, these are all reports on California bound cars that were moved early off the train when it got to KC. My MME had a more relaxed time in KC It took the late train that has yet to move through Wyoming, likely due to the weather. Thanks for the updates and pictures.... I am trying to be patient and not be jealous, but you are making it hard!

First impressions: a lot to learn, but wow, what a car! Gets up to ridiculous speeds insanely fast.

During my first test drive, I was a bit surprised how I didn’t get the butterflies I expected. On my way home though, when I floored it, I definitely got them. Holy sh*t - it was in a better state for full power I guess. Going to have to learn how to regulate that well. Perhaps it was too cold during the test drive and needed to warm up. I’ve got a 40 mile trip tomorrow morning, so I’ve scheduled a departure. I didn’t see any gray bars that others had mentioned

I’m really impressed with interior quality, but I’m also coming from a second gen Volt.

Got two fobs, Blue Cruise works (only got to test for about 10 seconds), and opened frunk from the screen.

Additional thoughts. My one negative so far is I find the B&O speaker system very underwhelming. If you’ve ever been in a Tesla with their premium audio…don’t expect that!

Otherwise…hot damn! This thing makes me swear out loud when I give it the full beans. That is, when the battery is in the right state. I was driving down the highway and briefly stuck in that uncomfortable position with two big rigs near me. I just locked my moment, hit the go pedal, and I was gone.

Seats are very comfortable (normal GT). Driver aids are impressive, even despite the fact that I haven’t been on too many hands-free places.

Might try plug and charge sometime this weekend. I’ve been using the 110 adapter because we may move, so I’m not upgrading electrical. It’s definitely slow! I get about 1 kWh for every hour charging.

Update: “notification ground only” at Port Wilmington as of 7:15 am today. I think this means the rail car is waiting to be unloaded. Not sure if we’ll get further updates from NS or if the next step is waiting for that magic email that says it is time to complete the purchase.

Probably unloaded by now. My railcar was in Edgemoor DE (a rail yard a few miles away) at 9:24 AM. Think it's safe to say we're done with NS.

as of today,12/18/21 vehicle still “in transit” to dealer……. 60 days……really….!
what shape do you think that small 12 vdc battery will be in?!
is there a way to see the “state of charge” of the 12vdc battery…..
very very disappointed in the FMC handling of this order…..Bill Pitman, Pa.

I’d keep checking it. You want to hear the magical “U-N-L-D” status to know you are fully unloaded.

I'm sorry, all us undelivered are done. Ford announced a recall this morning till at least Jan 3rd. Dealer won't sell us it with a recall and there's no fix atm
