OTA Update Status Hidden in the Ford Website

Just checked mine and it looks like Power Up 1.7.1 is downloading right now. I have had my Mach-E for over a month now, and I just got 1.6 a couple of weeks ago. Looks like at this pace in another couple of weeks I should get 2.1.0 coming my way.

Just an FYI for those of you using the fordpass widget. you can view this data anytime now by tapping on the widget > when the widget menu pop up > widget settings > debug menu > view OTA info

Having this failure status is what will make you eligible for the next OTA to fix the 1.7.1 update coming out shortly.

The version of 1.7.1 that was failing was Pulled. If you had an active deployment it will likely show cancelled.

Now THAT would explain why it hasn't tried to update since November 24th for me.

Unfortunately I'm still stuck with the halfway installed 1.7.1 along with all of its glitches.

I should know more after tomorrow about that coming OTA fix.

So, all the ones that I see that failed updating to 1.7.1 show this E1016 status:
"aggregateStatus": "failure",
"detailedStatus": "OTAM_E1016",


Any idea what E1016 means?

Does that mean it’s going to fail? Or it’s still downloading ? It’s been like this for over 2 weeks.
