Also, anyone have any info on the 120V Ford Charger. We just moved to a condo and I have a storage room in the garage that has a 20Amp circuit that I'll be using to charge the Mach E. I figure if it will charge at 16amps I can handle most of my miles I need to charge overnight...but if it only charges at 10amps, will be a problem. (240V to the garage is a big hassle right now and even if I can get the HOA to drill a hole/conduit in the concrete will run me around $1500-2K). Putting at 20A plug a whole lot less.

Thanks

Doug
10-12 hours of overnight charging should give you around 60 miles

Congratulations on being in the first week of MY22! BTW, that "in production" status doesn't mean any wrenching is going on. It's more like an accounting entry. If on schedule, wrenching will be within the week of.... January 3rd.

Absent any holds due to part supplies or staff shortages due to current wave of COVID-19, time from built date (not to be confused with build week) to delivery to your dealer averages 7 weeks to Florida. Maybe up to 10 days less if you are closer to Kansas City. These are rough transit estimates; for example some departures from Mexico plant go via ship to Jacksonville, Florida and elsewhere on East coast rather than by rail to Kansas City. Also lots of variables, like availability of truck drivers for the last leg of transit, that can add days or weeks to delivery.
Thanks for the information.....We live in Vancouver WA, so my guess is it could be a little longer to get here.

I am wondering how vehicles will be built the week of 1/3/22 when the plant is scheduled to be down that same week.

This is interesting. Based on your footer it looks like you ordered yours around end of Sept? I placed my order around that time and got informed by Ford this week that they expect to build mine in week of 21 February. At ordering they expected to deliver my car around 17 March, but I don't think they will fly it across the globe for me all the way from Mexico. ?

No, as we will be bugging them often enough once our orders ship. Let's first see when that window sticker shows up.

My build is for 1/10, but I've seen other threads where even builds start, yet the window sticker doesn't populate until the Thursday night (Ford Thursday) of that week. Give it time. Like JamesInWeston said, we will be bugging them after it ships as we don't get that much info then.

I looked at the trackers page and now see some modules being built!! Or at least the framework for modules is working Module Build Data (as Built)
To the Ford site that populates your Modules being turned on (this lets you know it’s actually built at the factory)
https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

Something's happening!!!

With my HOA charging situation actually went out to test drive a BMW X5 45E PHEV yesterday. Pretty SUV but the biggest flaw was when you got in or got out you hit your calf on a decorative small running board. So in the Pacific Northwest where it is wet all the time, not a good feature. A definitive no....

Hopefully my wait since June 10th is worthwhile and the 20Amp plug will work out for us until the HOA can help with our 240V charger this summer. Just hoping our Premium AWD will come by the end of Feb!!!
