Hopefully I'll see mine soon! Been keeping an eye on my widget and it's still showing 2.1.0 already successful but that campaign was set to expire today. So hopefully I'll see 2.3.0 show up soon. (I'm guessing campaigns can't overlap?)2.3 push to everyone should have started now, though.
Where in the OTA info can you see the campaign window?but that campaign was set to expire today.
I got 2.1.0 on 1/3 and mine expired on 1/10. I am of a similar opinion that the existing campaign has to expire, but no confirmation of that yet. I have NOT received 2.3.0, hopefully they are pushing to everyone.Hopefully I'll see mine soon! Well, that's all individual. Mine expired on the 10th and I'm sure it is staggered where many others are expiring throughout this week, etc.If the campaign is going to expire today then maybe the next cycle will be the rest of use lowly second class Job 1 owners.
Need some help. I am still on 1.4 and cannot get anyone at Ford to help me. I bought in October of 2021 and only had one power update. I am enrolled in the early access and still have not gotten any updates. Everytime I call they tell me there is no update for my vehicle. Dealership won't help either. Any advice?Just got the notification
Coulnd't agree more - i nearly spat out my water when someone confirmed you could get 2.1 AFTER 2.3, obviously no basic version control at Ford!As someone who's run and managed products, I gotta say the status and update features for our cars is maddingly poorly designed. Especially if updates can be asynchronous. I can't see a time-line history of what updatten? Who in their right mind at Ford didn't see this was a sure fire way to create frustration for each and every customer who actually bought a Mach-E.
I really love my car and tell others about it recommending it to all that will listen.
But this situation is just out and out dumb.
If my team of engineers had ever considered anything so ludicrous I'd have vetod it without a moments thought. And after explaining why, any of my team who wasn't on board with such a basic Tennant of customer satisfaction would be looking for a job.
Why do you think they just poached the Apple car (former Tesla) guy?As someone who's run and managed products, I gotta say the status and update features for our cars is maddingly poorly designed. I hope they will one day list out all updates on a website, like Apple does, but not a lot of companies do that. They did pick a tricky starting point since the Power-Ups don't actually correspond to what people think, which is why they were originally out of order. I am hopeful that when BlueCruise is finally out, everyone will be synced. As someone who's run and managed products, I gotta say the status and update features for our cars is maddingly poorly designed. If you’ve been able to get at least one update you are usually good, they may have not pushed out the others to you yet. Took me a couple months to get 1.4 and then 1.6 after I got my car in September. Then a couple weeks later I got 1.7.1. My updates really started rolling once I was out driving more. Id suggest taking hour long trips every weekend in good cell coverage areas.Need some help. I am still on 1.4 and cannot get anyone at Ford to help me.
