I just got it today. Big bug. Over 80% charged. Range on Nav map shows properly. Nearest EA chargers were about 10 miles away.

Yes. Zero info provided. Will check when I get home to see what shows on Ford.com.

It’s a bug on the cloud side, so maybe flag this thread for engineers.
I don't know about that. Car knows where the chargers are. Car doesn't know it has 82% battery...

Process of elimination ... if it was just one person then that could be true. If it's happening to the masses then it has to be something in common, which would be likely cloud related, unless we all got some mysterious update that no one knows about and isn't reported - unlikely.

It could be the range calculation on their servers isn't correctly calculating distance to chargers, only some Ford engineer could tell us what they f'ed up, but I think it's unlikely that it's localized to the vehicle.

Whatever it is, getting someone’s VIN and having them go to a dealer isn’t gonna fix it lol, it’s clear it’s a mass bug, I made a post about it here last week too

Add my name to the list of those who are receiving this irritating message. The messages started showing up about a week ago and is continuing.

Also had it happen today. Was driving past a charger that I had used before, and both spaces were occupied.
Didn't happen when I drove past a charger I hadn't used yet (and it had a place free).

So I didn't think it was a bug, but the car letting me know the charger it knows wasn't free.

I guess the guy at Ford that suggested the placement of the "OK" button is getting a bonus. He deserves one, there seem to be an awful lot of owners mashing it.

I got it also. 2 weeks ago while on a trip with the nav routing me to a charger that was in range.

I started getting these today right after the BC Power Up software update last night at home. Looks light charging stations are missing from Sync's map. I didn't want to spend 30min trying to disable the notifications! Ugggg, someone didn't do full beta-testing!

Unrelated to bc update since seems like both job 1 and 2 are seeing it. Unless bc update did something to bring parity between nav versions.

Yup! have had 3 notifications today out of the blue! I searched for available chargers on my phone and the nearest one came up with 4 available spots. So it looks like the info is there. This must be a system glitch - hope it gets resolved soon.

As I noted, when I asked Sync to find charging stations, it did. So nothing's missing from the map database.
