And now it has a persistent #1 badge, even if I have no messages and force quit it over and over. I had 2 messages, deleted them. Now shows 1. I worry if they are having trouble counting to 2 ?

Thanks for the message counter on the account icon. Now make it go away when I delete the messages. ??

Force closing the app clears the counter from the Home tab, but it’s still there when I click on the Vehicle tab.

lol it’s always something
When you are in the Account section, instead of opening the message center, scroll to bottom and open Charge Station and then App Catalog. Seems to have cleared the counter from 2 to 0 for me.

I tried to do that, but I have no App Catalog to open. Even with opening Charge Station, the badge stays on Message Center which says it has no messages when you open it.

Seems like a very useful feature to be able to access service records! Didn’t work for me, unfortunately. Here are the screen I get….

It works fine for me, although the download option just produces a PDF report, and not a spreadsheet or whatnot.

You probably need to contact Ford to fix your account issue if you want to see records in your FordPass sign in.

New to me is the chargers button under the vehicle image on the main screen and the app feels a lot snappier than before now

It did update my service records and also added the View Charger button on the first page. When you click that, it searches for nearby chargers with good filter tools. Seems like a pretty valuable move.
