OTA Power-up 2.5.1 rolling out

I just took delivery of a 2022 GT late last night and I'm trying to determine what the software level is on the car. Do you know where can I find this? I've looked in the user manual and haven't found anything on the topic. Also, in the SYNC4A Settings/System Updates section there are choices to enable/disable Auto Updates, Scheduled Updates, etc. All it says is that the system is up to date but doesn't show what level the software is. I checked the online HTML version the 2022 manual and it has the following (which do not match what I'm seeing at all):

"Scheduling an Over the Air System Update
Make sure vehicle connectivity and automatic updates are switched on.

Using the Settings Menu

1. Access the vehicle drawer on the touchscreen.
2. Press SETTINGS.
3. Press System Updates.
4. Press Schedule Updates.
5. Use the controls to set the time and day of the update.
6. Save the schedule."

unfortunately, it seems some of the cars just tell your up-to-date while others will show you the actual sync update that it’s running.In my opinion no rhyme or reason.

Actually, none of the cars tell you the update that's running. Sometimes, when an OTA update happens, the car, for a short period of time, displays the update that was applied. Other times it says it updated and doesn't have a number. Those messages then disappear at some point, uncontrollable by you. You then have no way in the car, or the app, to query what version you have.

I'm (truly) happy for everyone enjoying 2.5.1.
As a reminder to our friends at Ford, there are quite a few of us waiting (some since October) for the fix to get us past 1.6.0.
The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication from Ford.

My car randomly popped up while I was driving with an adaptive braking disabled, normal cruise only message. It is a clear sunny day and it is clean. Is it wrong that I've now reached hoping random errors are indications that updates are quietly working in the background? Come on, let's go beyond 2.4.1 car!

It could be a placebo effect, but I swear the car feels different after updating to 2.5.1. I can’t put my finger on what it is, but it feels slightly faster maybe? Like maybe they remapped the throttle in Engage. ?‍

I also did see BlueCruise enabled be prepared to retake control of the vehicle (or words to that effect), but the icon on the IPC still showed hands ON the steering wheel. I also got a pay attention alert when I looked at the sync screen for a couple seconds, so I think they enabled the eye nanny.

I get that message when I use cruise control for the first time on a drive. So that's a good sign things are about done.
