Nothing from my dealer yet. But did notice that the Active Park Assist disappeared off the Additional Features on the website with no Prep Kit as replacement.

Curious, does it show the Prep Kit online under additional features for those that already had the change made by their dealers?
Mine doesn't—the Park Assist feature disappeared but nothing replaced it.

Some people saying it's automatic and some saying you need to approve so emailed my dealer out of paranoia just to keep on top of it and it does seem like it was adjusted without intervention by the dealer or my approval.

Order summary printout from Friday:

Ford Mustang Mach-E No Active Park Assist 2.0 on 2022 Job 2 Mach-E Orders 1648589246122

Did get the "order changed" email on the 18th so that's likely when it happened.

I suppose the most important part is verifying "unscheduled - clean" order status.

Edit: Now Ford.com order page reflects this change too and not just missing information:
Ford Mustang Mach-E No Active Park Assist 2.0 on 2022 Job 2 Mach-E Orders 1648590141638

This is where it is for me-- if it's not there for you, I suppose your dealer might be able to clarify. Of course, Selects without the Comfort/Tech package and GT's without the 360 camera never had Park Assist, but I don't think you fall into that category.

Well, sometime since Sunday night, Active Park Assist 2.0 has been removed from my "Additional Features" section. Never received any "your order has been updated" emails and no indication it has been replaced with the Prep Kit. But this change is leading me to believe that Ford is just unilaterally removing it from all April builds as well as the unscheduled builds we already knew about. And it is being done independently from the switchover to Job 2-- whatever Job 2 otherwise entails. I am scheduled for production next week.

Spoke to my dealer and he said that Ford was removing it automatically on some orders. Mine was removed automatically. We will receive a prep kit and a credit.
I just noticed that I have the prep kit. I did not receive an email or call from my dealership notifying me of the change, FWIW.

This morning I noticed that Active Park Assist had disappeared from the “additional features” section on my order page (nothing about a prep kit at this time).

Not long after, I received an email that my order had been updated.

By this afternoon it had been replaced with the prep kit.

All of this was done automatically with no intervention from the dealer.

Definitely hoping that they delayed the May production scheduling a week to accommodate cleanup on job 1 cars into that first week in May, so maybe some good news this Thursday?

That's my guess too. We saw a trickle of folks reporting getting scheduled, but I think we would have seen a lot more if the month was being fully scheduled out. Also, it seems like Ford is kicking Park Assist off of a lot (all?) of the late March/April builds which seems to be unbogging the production line.

Checked my order on Ford's website and this morning I have the kit listed under "Additional Features", too. Wasn't there last time I checked yesterday afternoon. No email, no contact from my dealer.

Same here... the prep kit showed up last night in the "Additional Features" section of my order on the Ford site. Wasn't there earlier in the day.

Not sure if I would or would not use this feature. I was taught how to parallel park when I first learned how to drive. I have been driven old cars most of my life (straight axel and/or no power steering) so I definitely had to learn to park a car in a tight spot. I even got the opportunity to learn how to parallel park by nosing the car into the spot. That is weird to do. I lived in Ireland for a short time and they nose cars into spaces. Backing into a spot is not a normal activity and freaks out the person behind you, since they are not anticipating that move. With that said, probably would not use it but still want it as an option just in case. My wife may want to use it too.

What I am concerned about is if they remove it and offer to have it installed later, will the dealer install it for the $325 credit offered. I image it will be $325 for the kit and the dealer will add their labor, which means the consumer gets to pay extra. Knowing Ford they will not regulate this and dealers that are more ADM driven and less pro-consumer, are going to gouge people.

I get my car in about a month, so I am hoping that the car will have this feature. I need to follow up with my dealer about the price guarantee and this will also be added to my "dealer confirmation" list.

Same for me as well--replaced by the kit in the "Additional Features" section, no word from Ford, no change in price (nothing showing a $325 discount, but maybe that shows up later). I did email my dealer a few days ago but haven't heard back.

That's crazy, I just logged in the other day and my Active Park Assist was still there as a key feature. Just checked now and it's gone. No $325 discount either. I did go to the dealer the other day and they asked if I wanted to waive it and I said I'll keep it as-is since I'm not in a rush to get the car. I hope they're not forcing us to go without it. At the very least, they should install it for $325 later when the kit is available without charging extra labor.

Can you clarify what you mean by "waive it"? Have you been scheduled for production yet? Are you saying you want to keep Park Assist and if that means a delay in scheduling production, you are not in a rush so are ok with that?
