My estimated delivery updated today and has been delayed a week. Order track still says it’s on a rail somewhere.
Estimated delivery is now April 15-21.

No. Just logged in to my Ford account and saw the new estimate. I was surprised at the original estimate of April 7-13. Dang Ford for getting my hopes up that it would be delivered in 2 weeks after shipment. Hopefully the new date is accurate since I’m only 2.5 hours from KC.

I was able to chat with Ford on my Pixel 6 Chrome beta. For some reason a button shows up there that says start chat. No browser on windows brings up that button. I even tried setting my useragent to the same as Chrome Android 11.

However I found out my car is in
Laredo TX on Railcar # AOK 502737. Another thread on this forum mentions it takes 5-7 days to get to KC.

From the ford chat... They are saying my car is supposed to stay in Laredo, TX until May 10? I am assuming they are confused, the dates they are giving for leaving Texas are the same as my expected delivery date. Here is chat:
"Michael, I see that your vehicle is currently in transit. It arrived at Arrived at Junction Point in Laredo, TX on Apr-05. It is expected to leave this location between May-10-2022 and May-16-2022."

Anyone know what it indicates if there are blank spots in the columns such as the third and fourth in this example? The car shows as built and the rows of modules listed is correct. Is it possibly still waiting for chips to be installed?

Looks like from previous posts, the next day (maybe today) it should arrive in Richards-gebaur, MO and then be assigned to ship by truck. If the trucking company picks it up tomorrow I should have it soon.

I just spoke to my dealer and he said my MME was currently in Laredo, Tx with an ETA of 4/25 here in Las Vegas. Hopefully it gets here on time with no setbacks. We shall see lol!!

I have been using the chat option on my cell. Works great. They got me my rail car number.
