Ford chat said my last update was that it was in kansas city on 4/12. No additional information other then the same estimated delivery date of 4/26.

is that matching up with what you've been sent?

What are your thoughts on adding a delivered to dealer column on this table? Maybe Ford Estimated Delivery Date? I don't want to create more work, yet I keep looking at this table.

I don't think ETA or actual delivered dates are all that useful to see since they are entirely dependent on the individual dealer location, and the further you get from KC the more individual times varry and small hickups add up.

I will put Palsapp "Delivered" (KC) dates in there.

Now ordertrack showed the car was delivered from Kansas City to another rail yard called "Muncie". Looks like it's waiting for another train to finally on the way to Texas?

This is getting frustrating. My cars been sitting in KC since Monday waiting on a truck to deliver. It’s been paired but the truck won’t come to pick it up!

I’m only 2 hours away from my house. I could have driven there and back every day this week. Frustrating that apparently there’s a trucker shortage (like everything else). I’d drive the truck for free just to get my dang car!

I’m also tracking an ice white delivering to my dealer and it was built and shipped 2 weeks before mine and has been sitting at KC waiting on a truck to deliver for 2 weeks. Hope I don’t have to wait that long.

My car shipped 2 weeks ago and still isn't showing that it hit Kansas yet. I'm getting antsy!

I think I am still in route to KC. Talked to ford and they said it's in-transit to KC. Assigned a CSX Railcar under TTGX996577. Tracked it on CSX phone line and the car was still noted as released in Michigan in Feb. Will try again once a day to track it.

Another off topic question, has anyone started talking final numbers with their dealer? I got an invoice drawn up that does not include the $2000 price protection. When I pressed, my dealer/sales manager called his Ford rep and they said the same thing. We “21-22 conversions were given the $750 but that’s it.”

I’ve seen countless people on this forum receiving price protection but I don’t know how else to push for it if their own rep is telling them no.

Try to talk to ford corporate and see what certificates you have attached to your order. I talked to ford corporate and found I had a certificate worth $2750 750 attached to my order (not 100% positive on the amount, but I think that was it). I would expect the dealer would discount MSRP by that amount and then the dealer cash that in.

EDIT: nevermind, its $750, exactly the same amount.

Well, here we go… just got the email that my delivery has been delayed two weeks. Yet another bummer.

Hey all, ordered a Mach E GT on 11/22/2021, scheduled for the week of 3/21/2022, built 3/29/2022, and estimated delivery for 4/13/2022-04/19/2022. I don't have it yet, and Ford said the other day that it was still in Laredo, TX.

I asked for a container number, and the rep on the online chat said she couldn't give it to me. Her English wasn't too good, so I didn't want to press the issue.

The ordertrack.app website now shows the "Vehicle Status" at the bottom as "Picked" instead of "ASN." What does "picked" mean in this situation?

My dealer said the car will be put on a truck in Kansas and driven to my area. Does picked mean that it was put on a truck?? Destination still shows a "-."
