I've had 2.5.3 for 5 days (most of which the car was driven), and...still no Blue Cruise...

That’s strange I actually had Blue Cruise after 2.5.2 but I didn’t get the FordPass notification or the change in Sync settings until 2.5.3 had installed and I had driven the car a couple of times.

I haven't been able to find this particular question anywhere. A couple days ago, BC showed up on Ford Support website in the Managed Services for the first time, but it still shows status as "coming soon". I have Job 1 on 2.3 and showing no updates available on the website.

Has anyone else seen this and, if so, does it mean anything in terms of when the BC updates may come in OTA?

Yeah it showed up for all the job 1 cars last week. No official word, but hopefully this means things are moving along.

Agreed, mine had blue Cruse after 2.5.2 but the settings were not visible in sync. It activated immediately after install and worked in my first drive. With 2.5.3 I got the notification in fordpass and added to connected services on ford.com

Yup, it means bc will be coming 3rd quarter 2021

Been away a bit, driving the hell out of this car (20k miles)... I have been waiting and waiting for the BC update and nothing. So I came here to see what is going on.

Well, I seem to be stuck in 1.7.1 hell. I am also an EA member with a FE car... Some features, like Lane Center do show up in the UI, but WTF.

I am downloading the widget to see about more data so I will update when I get it...

Make an appointment at your dealership to resolve the 1.7.1 issue. Then you should start getting updates again. Or you can have the dealership install it all while you’re there.

Yea, just got it back from the glass recall work. They were 'supposed' to do all the updates... guess they figured me driving around in that ecosport was costing them too much money ;-)

I received the notification and connected services listing but still on 2.5.2. It’s been two days and no 2.5.3 yet. No worries though as BC is active.

Have these updates stagnanted? It seems like there is less chatter here about them and the number of people on 2.3 is now in the triple digits.

I wonder if they pushed the updates to all EA members yet. I am not going to the dealership for the update because I want to actually get an OTA update for my car. So far, I have had to get the dealership to install updates due to various issues. My Mach-E is hungry for some OTA updates!

They seemed to have finished their second round of EA cars. Hopefully it will be released to the rest of us soon. Usually there’s a 2 week or so delay to review.

I’m EA. Was getting updates well last couple weeks. Car wasn’t driven for a few days over a week ago and that seemed to stall updates. Now been at 2.5.1 since 2/14. Dying to get 2.5.2. Really feels like: you need to drive to trigger another update; they seem to push on weekdays and not holidays. Maybe soon…..??
