Thanks! BlueCruise has been working beautifully since day one, so I'm not in a rush but will check how long the nearby dealer would take to update these.
If there's no specific bulletin or a specific problem the updates are supposed to fix, your dealer won't necessarily apply the updates just because they're available.

It took a bit of time (16 days), but I’m thrilled to share that my Mach E is home from the service center with BlueCruise installed. I had an awesome service advisor who, along with the shop foreman and a bit of support of Ford customer service, got the job done! I picked my FE up tonight and love the updates in the displays. I tested BlueCruise on 75 between Tampa and Sarasota and it was flawless. Thanks to everyone here with their help to look up my VIN and offer suggestions.

Requesting a look up of my Vin - 3FMTK3RMXMMA25730

I went in for a pano recall, they performed upgrades for a stuck sync update. My car now says it has bluecruise, but I don't get the handsfree option in settings. I also lost the intelligent cruise option. Basically it has adaptive cruise with a fancy bluecruise notification.

My Job 1 car is going back to the dealer for a 4th time in a month and a half on Tuesday, for the same problem. I know some updates were done but I still don't have any cruise control (not just BC), auto high beams, front collision warning, speed sign recognition and I still get front camera fault every time I start the car. It's been like that since February. I would like to know if there's a lot of updates to be done since last week, they supposedly did all the updates again but it didn't fix the car, again. My VIN is 3FMTK1SS7MMA29375.

What dealership? I’m in Lakewood ranch.

I've heard good things about Sarasota Ford as it relates to service for Mach e
That’s good to know. I had an experience with Bradenton. For this, I opted to go to Brandon as they appear to be better equipped for and knowledgeable about EVs.
