POWERTRAIN MALFUNCTION / REDUCED / HIGH-VOLTAGE BATTERY WARNING

Hi! Anyone getting repeated Powertrain malfunction and high voltage battery errors after updates? I have record of 3 but also have one now. Disappears from car screen after shutting off the car for a while but lingers in the app... Then eventually goes away. Happened last night and customer service said they don't see any errors for my vehicle. Still unnerving to see right before a drive into NYC during rush hour ?
Going to call the dealer now but they are always booked and was wondering if I was alone since I can't find a definitive thread of similar issues... I could just be terrible at searching properly on the forum

I had the powertrain malfunction one yesterday afternoon for the first time. It disappeared after turning the car off and hasn't come back yet. I was just moving the car around the driveway but didn't notice any change to the functionality.

I also did a forum search and haven't seen many posts discussing a similar issue. Curious if related to a recent update.

Called my dealer to ask for service and the next Mach E appointment isn't for two weeks so I guess we'll be seeing if it comes back.

Same in regards to no issues with functionality. Most of my errors have come after an update but the one last night and today were random. Last update was 2.8.3 for Blue Cruise on Jun 1st

I had a similar issue last year which turned out to be a battery module that has ruptured. Did it go into turtle mode?

oh no that sucks! I'll check out the thread. Hope you had a good outcome! I didn't get the turtle icon. I am mad at myself for not getting a pic of the dash in the car. I had Service Vehicle Soon message along with the wrench and maybe the red car/exclamation icon

Ford escalated to EV support team and I should hear back in a few days. I'll keep everyone posted. Even though I hope the message doesn't come back in the car, I will take and send a picture if it does

Well the message is back ?... sent it to the Ford rep working on my case. It will prob be gone when I drive again later today

Stuck in a shopping area parking lot on a Saturday.... Turned the car off to see if that helps but might need to get towed yay... Was going to take it in on Monday just to clear the message but now it's worse and I have no choice.... Yay ??
Haven't gotten far with @Ford Motor Company but they do have a case open for me *sigh*

Still waiting for a tow... They want to make sure their guy that knows EVs is the one who does it.... No power left in the car.... Out of no where I hear a thumping sound.... I go to the car to get some bags out.... And the sound is coming from the speakers.... So random.... Then after a few minutes it stops.... What a bizarre situation.... Had the car for a year with under 8000 miles and the only thing ever needed was the glass roof and windshield recall.. Just glad this happened after I pulled over and I wasnt stuck in a dangerous place with my 7 year old.... Just writing on here to vent at this point lol
